Dan Blaylock and company are amazing. We initially called Roto Rooter, and they came out, were unable to find the drain out, pulled apart my toilet, did a little work, and charged us ~$400. Then proceeded to come out and 'run a camera', telling us that they HAD to perform $7500 worth of work to rip out the pipes in my yard (tearing up our yard) and put new pipes in. Additionally, the $7500 would not cover the price to repair the yard.

Uncomfortable with that, we got a couple others to come out and give us a second and third opinion. Dan came out, found the drain out within a minute in the house, said that his team was more focused on the pipe work rather than cleaning them out. He quoted about half of what Roto Rooter said, but he also hooked me up with the right people for the job. They came out and did an incredible job.

To have someone that is willing to put in the time with someone, without the sole focus of taking money is A. Amazing, and B. Certainly earned my trust for future work. This is how business should be done, focusing on long term relationships built around trust.

I declined the service after their initial assessment. They were going to charge $375 for a 15 minute job to replace water pipe? No way. Truly truly ridiculous.

Rusty and his team is very professional, attention to detail and always clean there jobsite well.

Tim at Aabbott Ferraro always does a great job for us with our furnace and a/c. They first helped us several years ago by picking up the pieces left by a different company who disassembled our furnace as freezing temperatures approached, only to tell us they couldn't fix it and they left. Aabbott Ferraro came to our rescue, and they have been awesome every time we have called. Quick to respond, courteous, professional and fair. I can't recommend them enough.

Called at 10pm for a rental property in NE Mpls when power went out and main wouldn’t go back on. Our renters were without power including heat. The rep that came out told us we needed to replace the panel for over $4000 plus Update the outside socket for over $4000 and recommended replacing the upper unit panel for $2100 as well. This would have cost over $10,000. He said he could get us temporary power until they could do the work in a few days. This sounded extremely high. We asked if he would allow us to get another bid before deciding and he said he wouldn’t hook up the temporary power unless we agreed to have them do the job. Tried to sell us with a warranty and financing. We followed our gut and waited to have 2 more electricians come for bids and talked to a friend who is an electrician and they all agreed this was extremely over priced. We went with the middle bid for $1200 to replace one panel. Both technicians said we would not need to update the outside socket.The rep from Service Today was Very nice and most likely following protocol but this company is taking advantage of people in emergency situations. We paid $200 for them to scare us. Don’t let that happen to you.

Good quality work. Pedro is a professional. He went above and beyond to fix the issue I was having. Although I thought he was expensive, the work quality is outstanding.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.
