Reccomended to us by our home inspector to clean our drains and give the house's plumbing a tune-up -- Reggie at Freddy's is AMAZINGLY knowledgeable and very kind. Toilet was clogged with a wash cloth. I had been working on it for several days myself, but was unsucessful. I was afraid going any further on my own might result in damaging the toilet.anf mean an even more costly repair. I called RotoRooter. They arrived promptly and Josh did a great job getting it working very quickly and efficiently. Although the service was not cheap, it still provided good value. I only wish I had called them earlier and saved a lot of frustration.

First cold snap of the season. They were super busy, but communication was great and expectations were met. They provided us with space heaters for the couple days we needed them. Very responsive, and explained it all so that I could understand. My wife dealt with them one day at our home and they treated her very well. Today we had our air ducts clean. They were on time they got done a little less than what they said they would take. It cleaned up very well our home. They showed us the before and after pictures it was great to see that it was done so clean. We really appreciate it the good job they did.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

He has been in this line of work for decades and uses the top quality materials at affordable price.
