We had an emergency drain backup on a Friday evening. Derek came out and quickly assessed and explained the issue. He worked hard until about 11:30PM to get it draining before we sustained any water damage and took extra care to work quietly so our toddlers could stay asleep. All around, a great experience! Andrew is a very knowledgeable technician. He explained everything he was doing to help me understand the problem with my furnace. He genuinely wanted to fix the problem no matter how long it took. He was I would recommend Andrew as a technician to co-workers, friends and family.

Wants $700NTE to do his recommended work without approval from the payee. $110 non refundable service call for 30mins diagnostic. Will not discuss simple upfront pricing with possible vendor. Be careful for this scam artist.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

Technician arrived right on time. He sat down first to learn about our concerns and history with your furnace and a/c which I have never encountered with another company and it was very nice. He was extremely thorough in analyzing our system and not in a hurry like most other companies. Before he left he had some suggestions which seemed appropriate but I will likely wait until spring as most involve our a/c unit. He did mention something to watch for with our furnace which I thought was good. He was not high pressure at all. One of the best technicians I've ever had and think we'll call on Doug again to service our equipment!!

Paul is a very honest and credible contractor. I am a general contractor and I have to say he is priced very well and just what the GC would look for. He really knows how to satisfy the customer. The only downside is he’s so good that he’s very busy so schedule him out for a bit.

We received excellent service today. Our technician was very knowledgeable and communicated the issue in a way that a novice like my self could understand. We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
