Admittedly did not have them out so, this review is not about their work, which I am sure is great. Issue was the 89.99 to look at the project I could clearly describe (moving a drain up in the wall 6 inches) I wasn't looking for finite numbers but he was short and dismissive, hence the review.

I so appreciated the team acknowledging the complexity of my project, and then asking a lot of questions that clearly conveyed they’re going to put their best thinking on it. I had asked the dispatcher to send someone who understood older homes, and they did!

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. Our water heater needed service on a Friday afternoon. I was able to speak to someone on the phone at Dan’s right away. They were at my house within 90 minutes. I was expecting cold showers all weekend- but Dans took care of the problem quickly and courteously! The technician was polite and knowledgeable.The visit was very affordable. I would highly recommend this locally owned business.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

We bought a 1926 house with the understanding that it would require major plumbing work after our inspection. We got bids from 3 different plumbers, and Jaron from ENP was impressively thorough with the quote. The quote took a lot longer than expected because the house had a lot of quirks, and ENP charges for quotes. It was the lowest quote and the most thorough. We hired him to come in the Monday after we closed, and he and assistant Tim fully revamped our plumbing in 5 days during a snowstorm. They brought absolutely everything up to code, helped us select new fixtures and a toilet, and took care of many issues beyond what we discussed in the quote. Because of several unanticipated issues with the plumbing and us choosing some more complex upgrades, we went over the original quote, but Jaron talked us through each additional component and made sure we wanted to go through with it. All was very fair and we got a lot of great features that we weren't originally planning to do now. At the end, he walked us through the whole job and explained every component and what we needed to know. The job site was meticulously clean and organized. We'll be using Erik Nelson Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you so much!

Water heater broke 9 pm Friday. Booked online appointment at 10pm for next morning. Got a call at 8:02 am. Service on site at 9:30. New water heater installed by 1:00 same day. Price was not terrible either. In the range of estimates I found online.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.
