I called them to service my furnace. They came out a looked at my furnace for like 2 seconds and said it needed to be completely replaced and it couldn't be serviced. Then left and emailed me a quote for $7,092 for a new furnace. I felt like they were just trying to hustle me so turned down the new furnace and they sent me a bill for $205. For what? It wasn't serviced. Be warned apparently just getting a quote costs $205.

I was having some problems with the my kitchen sink not draining and backing up. I called Roto-Rooter and was immediately greeted by a friendly voice who allowed me to make an appointment. A short time later the plumber showed up, and even though it was a bit late at night (10 PM) he was very friendly and very helpful.The problem was resolved and what I like most besides my sink working again was that the plumber and I had some small talk briefly before he left. He was extremely friendly and did great work.I am very pleased with my all around experience!

Phil and Nick from Aabbott Ferraro are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am on the board of a 257 unit condo and they have done a ton of work for our residents including my own unit and every time all I hear is that they were awesome. Emails and phone calls are replied to swiftly, they are courteous and know what they are doing. I personally had my heat pump replaced as well as the Honeywell Total Connect Comfort system installed (remote web/mobile access to thermostat, water leakage/temp/humidity monitoring) and both times it was an easy process. Highly recommended.

I was charged $79 to get an estimate to hook up a hot tub. The person who arrived was from Service Today! But, he drove a Boy’s Electric truck. The brand is confusing. I live in a new home and the electrician was more of a sales person than an electrician. He was asking when was the last time I had a full electrical inspection (new home?), the last time we had a power surge, power outage, etc. He then wanted to go in the house to do a full electrical inspection. Note: he was only here for an estimate to run electrical for a hot tub from a panel in a garage to the back of the house. He also tried selling a club membership for $16month which I was told was the only way to get their best pricing for my job. His estimate was 4 times (yes four times!!) more than the electrician I ended up selecting. I still had to pay the $79 trip charge for the refused and ridiculous estimate. He wouldn’t even break the estimate down for us. Avoid this business!!!!!

The techs are nice when they come up but we have significant issues with scheduling as well as the quality of the fixes. We’ve had the team members come out a couple of times, but our system continues to break down.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

Both guys were great at communicating what was going on, and were very knowledgeable. I called them about a leaking toilet, and they also ended up also fixing an issue I was having with a the sump pump, so got two problems solved at once.

We are extremely satisfied with MSP particularly because of the quality and professionalism of the employees who have serviced our furnace, AC unit, water heater, and water softener. A company is only as good as their employees. Xavier was out today to do a maintenance check on our furnace and had been out a month ago to do a maintenance check on our AC unit. He is an extremely nice gentleman but when he works on our systems he teaches us about them. We have learned more from our three visits with Xavier that we have ever learned from any technician. Each time we request his services and he has never disappointed. We can honestly say we will continue for years to come by having MSP service our home. Tomorrow we have a plumber from MSP coming to do a water heater maintenance check! Thanks Xavier and MSP.

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
