Have used Roto-Rooter for 7 + years with no complaints. We know our main line has root issues, and we need their services every year or so. This time I was able to catch the back up in the floor drain before it got out of control, that same day I scheduled the service appointment with the online system and Brian was able to come that same evening.I appreciated the consideration he had for using shoe covers and even equipment wheel covers! The work was done thoroughly and .our drains are clear for another year or two - when we will certainly call on them again!Thank you, Brian & Roto-Rooter!

Rascher replaced an old concrete laundry tub and reworked the plumbing in my laundry room to include a new standpipe and water hook up for the washer. It was a big job, and Jason and Caleb did great. I worked with Joe initially on estimates and advice about the job, and he was always so helpful and responsive. The results came out better than I expected, and I couldn't be happier!

After dealing with two places that blatantly tried to rip me off (one wanted $1100 to change an inducer motor which is a $100/15 min job) I ended up replacing most of my furnace parts myself by watching youtube videos and finding the parts on amazon/ebay. It's about as simple as unplugging and plugging the new part in most of the time, but with the blower motor I ended up tightening a screw too tight and it locked the shaft onto the housing. I called Aabbott Ferraro and I couldn't possibly have been happier with Tim, the tech who managed to fix something that had been a nightmare for me to deal with. The hourly rate seemed high, but he worked quick and efficiently despite the unusual problem I created, so the final bill was much lower than expected. Thanks Tim! The owner and the person answering the phone were also helpful. I can't speak for the other techs there, but I would definitely recommend this company anyone having furnace issues.

Luke was prompt and courteous. He explained what he was going to do in a way that was easy to understand. Luke did a diagnosis of the furnace problem and told me what my options were. I am very happy with the service I received from him.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

He installed a hot water heater, left a mess and a water leak. I called and talked to him, he is very friendly but never followed up or offered to fix any issues. I would look elsewhere!
