We had leaky a leaky drain pipe. They came within 15 mins of the call.

The service tech, “Dave” was very professional, took the time to go over the bill and what he was going to do to correct the problem. Before leaving Dave cleaned up the laundry room floor and laundry tubs. Very professional.

Everything from scheduling our service call to getting estimates went smoothly with Aabbott Ferraro. Our service technician Matt S. was knowledgable, courteous, and respectful of my questions. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and offered a reasonable explanation of alternatives and costs.

Ryan quickly found the source of our water leak from an upstairs bathtub to our kitchen ceiling. We had three other plumbers from highly ranked companies charge us with ultimately no solution. I’d definitely call on this company again, and request Ryan as my service pro!💯

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

MSP installed a ductless split in our large old house, and they did a *fantastic* job. MSP came up with more creative solutions than the other companies we spoke with. The installation was flawless - they were on time, professional, neat/tidy, and were so considerate when our toddler wanted to watch them work. Our system works beautifully. This was an expensive job but it was the best money we ever spent on our house. I recommend MSP without reservation.

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

It feels great having a plumbing company I can trust. I highly recommend them.

I scheduled an online appointment for Thursday and almost immediately received a call that they could get to my house today (Tuesday). Jordan fixed my main line clog in no time. He explained what he was doing & where the clog was located, he was incredibly polite and 100% professional . I will definitely use Ron the Sewer Rat for any future plumbing problems.

We had two companies come out and Apollo came in more expensive for comparable products and way more money for a 5 minute fix on our AC.The other company fixed the AC free of charge to get us through the night and they came back the very next morning to replace it. Apollo was very pushy and didn't seem honest.

Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future. Price was fair. He cleaned up everything and left without a trace. What a great experience! Thanks.

In need of a new water heater and called Mike Justen as recommended.
He answered and said he'd get to me soon. I told him there was no hurry but he came as promised the next day right on time. He quickly dismantled and removed the old heater and professionally installed the new quality appliance.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Photo is of the sink and bowl that needed to be installed.

Had to have a heater and A/C unit inspected for the sake of my home. They did a great job, on time and the report was very detailed for the new owner. Highly recommend Janecky!

Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.
