We appreciated the quick response to our furnace issue. Travis was at our house within an hour of our call. It was fixed in a very short period of time.

We had a water backup problem and upon my call to Roto-Rooter there was a serviceman, Luke, to the house within the hour. He kmew exactly what to do and he was quick to make the fix. Super impressed! Will definitely be using in thenfuture!

We just had Airtech do a complete furnace and a/c unit replacement and install. They had a three person crew out and completed the project in 6-7 hours. Very professional and efficient. We were very pleased with process, from the point Kyle did our home audit to help us choose the proper furnace to the three man team that came out and did the install. They did a great job with the furnace, answered all my questions along the way and gave a very thorough walk through at the end to explain the new furnace, a/c, thermostat and ways for us to use them to get better energy efficiency. They even did the paperwork for us for our Xcel rebates. Looking forward to seeing some energy savings and have no problems recommending Airtech for your furnace a/o air condition purchase. Within a 1/2 hour of the job being done, I had a call from the main office making sure I was satisfied with the work done and if I had any questions or lingering issue. Again, very professional and wouldn't hesitate to use again if the need arises. They will be doing all of my annual maintenance tune-ups and cleanings.Just a follow up, had the Airtech team out yesterday for a follow up ductwork and dryer vent cleaning. Totally satisfied, did a professional job, cleaned up afterthemselves and very professional. Our sales person, Kyle, from the furnace install even came out to make certain we were happy with the furnace and to make sure the cleaning started off on the right foot.Definitely will use them again.

Our A/C stopped working and Drew came quickly the day I called! He was able to fix the issue and provide tips of other things that would need to be fixed soon but not yet. I never felt pressured to fix anything else but figured he was there so why not. He fixed everything needed and was gone in less then an hour. So friendly, kind and easy to work with!

All Ways Drains installed a new dishwasher as well as repaired a leak for us. They had the great blend of professionalism and being personable. They were timely and did excellent work. We would highly recommend them!!

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Can’t say enough great things. Thank you Nick, for identifying the problem and giving me advice and solutions. Other companies did the bare minimum for main drain issues. Great value and honest advice. I’ll only be calling them from now on.

Highly recommend Gray Duck Plumbing! When setting up my appointment they were punctual and organized. When Dan came in to fix my tub spout he explained what he was doing, why, what my options were for repairs, and was very professional, honest, and kind. As a new homeowner it was incredibly informative and helpful! And the fact that it's local, female, and queer owned is a huge huge bonus! One of my cats was also completely smitten with Dan, so that's a good sign.

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. He came out within a half an hour on a Saturday to assist us with a main line clog. He quickly assessed and resolved the issue and gave us good advice about what to look out for in the future. Price was fair. He cleaned up everything and left without a trace. What a great experience! Thanks.

In need of a new water heater and called Mike Justen as recommended.
He answered and said he'd get to me soon. I told him there was no hurry but he came as promised the next day right on time. He quickly dismantled and removed the old heater and professionally installed the new quality appliance.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.
