Saw him in on Eagan neighbors when I needed a water softener install. He was here as promised and got it done in 30 mins. Great work done.

After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

Outstanding! He is OUR HANDYMAN for anything else going forward. His professionalism, punctuality and knowledge are exceptional. I highly recommend that if you have something you can't figure out at your home, call John!!!

Consistently impressed with this business! Have used them multiple times, reached out on the Weekend with the “Chat” option on Google and said that assistance was preferred as soon as they’re able. They got back to me early the next day and came out right when they opened. They overestimated the time (which I always appreciate), did a fabulous job, and were done well before. Great company and service!!

The guy didn't check his work, so I need to call another plumber to do the job. They are very expensive - $200 for a 10 min job, and he didn't even check to see if it was working. The owner and the plumber were rude and very impatient. They don't guarantee their work. Call someone else to get the job done right at an affordable price. Not sure how they stay in business since their focus is on commercial work.

The employee was professional and knowledgeable. He informed me of all possible costs that may have incurred. I was very satisfied with his expertise and the toilet was unclogged quickly.I would definetly recommend this business to others. I called the day before and was pleased that someone could come the next day! I had expected a longer wait time for an appointment, this was a big plus to have the issue corrected soon.

Around Nov 2014, AF installed their recommended solution of Fujitsu system (three units) for nearly $20K.. Less than 6 months later, the Unit kept breaking down with several major issues from parts melting down, leaking, needing coils, etc. Nick assured us of the 5 year warranty which they'll cover. This November, and without warning or communication, they stopped responding to our calls for service. We left him, Tim and Kristen many voicemails but didn't get one call back. After one week of no heat and no call back, we ended up hiring someone else to fix the unit again . Very unfortunate situation we had with these guys.

We had a shut-off valve on a pipe break at 10:30pm Friday night. After calling a couple places, Matthew was to our house by 12pm and had the pipe fixed quickly. We appreciate Service Today for being so prompt in their response to help save our basement from a massive flood. Lifesavers!!!

We had an emergency repair needed on a Sunday. Don the plumber was able to come to our home within an hour of when we called. He was very efficient and upfront with the costs , and had our repair done quickly. Very satisfied with the work done.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Master Plumbing installed a gas range I purchased from Best Buy. They're contracted to do installations. Jake and Dan were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Were careful not to make a mess. Followed protocol concerning Covid. My understanding is that are also master plumbers. I will call them in the future for plumbing issues.

Worst experience ever. We hired him to install a tub and what he put us through was living hell. Takes short cuts everywhere he can with total disregard to property. Our expensive new tub and surrounds got scratched & chipped. So unprofessional and messy that he literally destroyed our carpet downstairs with concrete mix stained all over it. He dropped his tools onto our vanity and ceramic bathroom floor leaving a big chip on the edge of the vanity top and cracking the floor tile. Talks big like he knows it all but don't believe it for a minute. Shows up late and disappears for hours. We tried to be patient and give him respect but eventually we couldn't take his BS any longer and just told him it's over. Had enough of his games and watching him destroy our house. We paid him anyway just to get him out of our house and our lives. We had to hire a new plumber to come in and redo everything he messed up on. It's unbelievable to me that someone like him is still operating out there. This guy shouldn't be allowed to carry a license or do any kind of business. There's so much more I can say about our nightmare experience. I'll just say STAY AWAY from this scam artist. Don't fall for his fake & cheeky demeanor.
