Have worked with Rumpca a few times over the past 10+ years with each visit providing quality work in a timely and professional manner. Had to shut off main water source which is very frustrating but thankfully it was for less than 24 hours. Discovered the leak later in evening, called early the next morning and by early afternoon it was fixed and back in business. Many thanks to Rumpca and the one who came out. Dan Blaylock and company are amazing. We initially called Roto Rooter, and they came out, were unable to find the drain out, pulled apart my toilet, did a little work, and charged us ~$400. Then proceeded to come out and 'run a camera', telling us that they HAD to perform $7500 worth of work to rip out the pipes in my yard (tearing up our yard) and put new pipes in. Additionally, the $7500 would not cover the price to repair the yard.

Uncomfortable with that, we got a couple others to come out and give us a second and third opinion. Dan came out, found the drain out within a minute in the house, said that his team was more focused on the pipe work rather than cleaning them out. He quoted about half of what Roto Rooter said, but he also hooked me up with the right people for the job. They came out and did an incredible job.

To have someone that is willing to put in the time with someone, without the sole focus of taking money is A. Amazing, and B. Certainly earned my trust for future work. This is how business should be done, focusing on long term relationships built around trust.

Fantastic service by Al! Responsive, on time, friendly, professional and courteous. I would recommend this company for future problems. The only surprise was what we pulled out of the drain! He was upfront about costs and scope of work prior to performing services.

My boiler started acting up on a sub-zero degree day, shortly before we were leaving for a trip. The friendly dispatcher at Rascher offered some useful troubleshooting advice over the phone, and scheduled a technician, Matt, who had experience working on the brand of boiler I have, to come the next day. Matt was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue.

High quality service with expertise, promptness, and kindness is what you can expect from Tim and from Aabbott Ferraro generally. This service was easy to schedule. Tim was very prompt and then very efficient about getting the work done. This was for a system tune-up and check up on 3 systems. Quick, terrific service! Will highly recommend.

Initially had them come out for a furnace tuneup. Andrew came out and checked the furnace and discovered that we had cracks in the burners and possible CO issues. Our furnace was 30 years old and could not be repaired so he had Kevin come later that night and talk to us about installing a new furnace. Austin came out two days later and installed the new furnace, along with two other service techs. They were here for several hours and did a great job! I would highly recommend them! Very professional and prompt!!

Pedro was very professional and explained everything in detail. He brought our existing shower and bath plumbing up to code and added some shut off valves so we can isolate them if we have problems in the future. He was very communicative with setting up the appointment and checking in with us. He even started heading to the job before we had verified we were there. Little things like that make him stand out as an excellent resource for any plumbing needs. His prices are fair and he was able to get us in quick.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
