Both of my toilets were clogged beyond what a plunger could remedy. Charles came out after hours and did an excellent job. He fixed the problem and even gave me an estimate on installing new toilets. I highly recommend him.

My interaction comes from a Best Buy appliance purchase. Without going too far into historical events, the original contracted installer replaced my gas dryer fittings with used parts and kinked the gas line from main which caused a gas leak. Fast forward to today and through significant time dealing with Best Buy, XPO, and other plumbers we had Charlie and Jake out to my home. They were efficient in not only finding the leak in the connections but also find and fixed the leak caused by the original installer which wasn't found or diagnosed during several previous call backs.

Both Charlie and Jake took their time. Triple checked their work and when all was said and done, we were left with a feeling of safety and a feelings or relief that FINALLY we had professionals over that actually cared about their quality of work and attention. After originally purchasing the washer and dryer from Best Buy January of 2020, we can finally use the products purchased. Thank you to the Master Plumbing Services team and especially to Charlie and Jake. Kudos!

After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

Outstanding! He is OUR HANDYMAN for anything else going forward. His professionalism, punctuality and knowledge are exceptional. I highly recommend that if you have something you can't figure out at your home, call John!!!

Our water heater started overheating and releasing water into the pan on Easter Sunday. We called a different repair company to come out same day, bad idea! Needless to say, we did not go with the other company!

Contacted Rumpca on Monday, spoke with Jeff and he came out to give an estimate, which was half of what the other company was charging for full replacement! We had our new water heater replaced on Tuesday morning.

They are very responsive, affordable and thorough! We will always call Rumpca first!

I was really pleased with the excellent service I received. I had a leaking faucet replaced and shutoff valves installed. The job was done quickly and the result is beautiful. Jake did a great job. He was friendly and efficient.

Matt Solko at Abbott Ferraro designed the HVAC system to heat/cool a new second floor on my home. The new 2-zone system is doing a great job of keeping the second floor as cool as the main floor. On top of bringing a superb level of competence, Matt is a very honest person with a great work ethic.

Our electrician was done early at his previous appointment so he called and asked if we wanted our service done earlier. Great! Upon arrival he introduced himself and put his plastic booties on to ensure cleanliness. Very courteous, professional. Gave an overview of what the service included and what to expect and showed me his license. Appreciated that. Gave me a quote along with a discount before any work was done. A few minutes into it he noticed that the wiring within our wall wasn’t done correctly as it should have been so he gave it a quick fix. Found out that the lighting kit had been burnt. I went out and bought a new kit and he came back and installed it for me free of charge early the next day. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Pedro did a fantastic job with a faucet that was out of code. He was thorough in his explanation of the problem and considerate in his determination of cost involved. We appreciated his prompt completion of the necessary job.

Connor was very professional & personable. Appreciated his honesty & giving me my options which were reasonably priced. He tried to find another shut of valve by accessing the crawl space, but found no other water shut off valve. He did provide a temporary fix to the leak. He only charged me the $69 service fee. I will definitely use Connor’s services when ready to make a permanent fix.

Tony is exceptionally professional and kind. He went out of his way to assist us in putting in a new sewer line, coming back and checking on it. He is beyond compare and made the process of having our sewer line replaced painless. I cannot recommend tony and his crew enough!

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.
