Best Plumbing Inspections in Saint Paul MN

Rumpca replaced a toilet flange and U-joint feeding into the main stack pipe of my 75-year-home and re-seated and re-sealed the toilet. The technician was available an hour earlier than originally estimated: he was friendly and efficient and really seemed to take pride in his work, accounting for updates in part and pipe specs between 1947 and 2022. He completed the work for Rumpca’s reasonable estimated cost (and Rumpca initially provided the estimate for free as well!); he left the work area cleaner than it was before he arrived; and Rumpca was flexible when it came to payment options. Our household has used Rumpca Services for decades: over the years, I’ve priced around for this project and others, and Rumpca is where I’ve ended up. It’s reassuring to have a trustworthy, reliable plumbing/HVAC company so nearby!

I will only call Rascher from now on for our plumbing needs. We live in a historic house in St. Paul. And not all our plumbing is modern. They are knowledgeable enough and willing to problem solve instead of just taking a quick look and telling you you've got to update everything--as some other plumbers have tried to tell us. Especially if you have an older home, I highly recommend them. Very easy to get an appointment. They explain things clearly.

Last week was the third time I used this company, and each time I was totally satisfied. Christain was the person who came out the last 2 times, for different issues, and he was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and neat. Prices were reasonable. Next time I need service I will ask for him.

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Dave and Matt were outstanding! We had an electrical fire with our old water heater. Hero came out quoted several thousand more than White Bear Plumbing. Overall great experience working with Cichy's Water & Sewer. Communications were clear, thorough, and timely. Both the administrative side and work crew were knowledgeable and professional. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed at which the work was completed and the care taken to protect my existing landscaping throughout the project and during clean up. Would highly recommend!

Kurt installed a water heater for me in my very small furnace room. He was fast efficient, very courteous and knowledgeable. He checked everything before he started making sure it would be done right. I’m very happy with the work he did.

The home warranty company sent Metro to check a problem with water dripping from above our gas fireplace. After quickly ruling out an issue with the direct vent, Charlie found an exterior leak in the false chimney. While it was not something he could repair, Charlie went the extra mile in explaining the issue to the home warranty representative so that they could dispatch the right contractor. Couldn't ask for more. Very much appreciated!

My interaction comes from a Best Buy appliance purchase. Without going too far into historical events, the original contracted installer replaced my gas dryer fittings with used parts and kinked the gas line from main which caused a gas leak. Fast forward to today and through significant time dealing with Best Buy, XPO, and other plumbers we had Charlie and Jake out to my home. They were efficient in not only finding the leak in the connections but also find and fixed the leak caused by the original installer which wasn't found or diagnosed during several previous call backs.

Both Charlie and Jake took their time. Triple checked their work and when all was said and done, we were left with a feeling of safety and a feelings or relief that FINALLY we had professionals over that actually cared about their quality of work and attention. After originally purchasing the washer and dryer from Best Buy January of 2020, we can finally use the products purchased. Thank you to the Master Plumbing Services team and especially to Charlie and Jake. Kudos!

What a rip off! I just needed an inspection on my dishwasher electric. The guy wanted to redo everything and charge me $930 for it! I only paid $700 for the original install. On top of it, he refused to work past 4, even though his arrival time was set for 2-5. He was also very impersonal. I just paid $79 for a ridiculous estimate. I'd strongly recommend going with a different company.

Did a great job and kept us informed during the entire process

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.

No good dont call

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!
