Best Plumbing Inspection in Saint Paul MN

My air conditioner broke down and I needed to get a new one. I got a quote from a Lennox dealer I was referred to through Costco, and another brand from another company. I decided to call Rumpca to get a 3rd quote for the same Lennox that was already quoted to me. I spoke with Jeff and luckily he was able to meet me at my house right away. I was really impressed with his knowledge, and they had a very competitive price. I signed a purchase agreement with him on the spot on a Thursday, and they installed it the next Tuesday. They showed up right on time and were done 3 hours later. They also took the time to fix some ventilation leaks around the furnace, and some other issues around the AC unit outside, that were not done properly by the HVAC contractor when the house was built. Their installers were prompt, clean and professional. This is the first time I've ever taken the time to write a review. I highly recommend them.

He actually valued my opinion (I was 90% sure I knew exactly what the problem was) instead of acting like I didn’t have a clue. He got to work and the problem was fixed in 30 minutes. Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

The service guy, Jason, was very polite while doing a maintenance check on my water heater. He took one look at my heater and warned me about a recalled part, clearly knew what he was doing. Was not intrusive at all as I work from home.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

I've used Ron the sewer rat since I bought my first home some 18 years ago. I've had nothing but great experiences with them and they have great prices! Trent the technician was to my home on time he was very professional and upbeat. He had my problems resolved quickly and correctly! I Highly recommend Ron the sewer rat!

Technician came to my home to inspect a waterline issue. I had water leaking from a pipe in my basement ceiling. He did not access and view the pile/line and made a false report claiming it was a pre existing issue. People please dont trust them on any inspections. They are terrible. They are not certified. Dont let the apprenance fool you.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Greg came out and took care of my broken handle on my toilet and put on a new toilet seat. Very professional and pleasant to talk to! I highly recommend!!
