Brandon of Master Plumbers came out to repair a leak for us. He gave us a call ahead of time to let us know that he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived he got right to work. He allowed us to peak over his shoulder and explained what was going on. He was very professional, worked quickly and kept his work space clean. Great service all around. Update: We used Rumpka again, this time for our ac unit that had failed on a very hot evening. The technician that came out was kind and in and out in less then a half hour, he had one capacitor to replace. I see the bill and get sticker shock. There is no breakdown of the costs incurred - from the amount of labor right down to the materials purchased. I looked up the cost of the capacitor, it was $11. They should tell you there is a minimum trip charge of $197 before coming: They should provide you with receipts of materials purchased/used. Not just try and tell you it was exactly $100 in materials, a clearly made up number.

I have had Blaylock come out four times now for about ten different projects ranging from indoor and outdoor faucet replacement to water heater replacement and all the way to pulling out and replacing the main drain running from my kitchen to my sewer (which ran half the length of the house and through the foundation). They've been consistently on-time with next-day response to emergency jobs (they have dedicated residential service to ensure not everything is a corporate client). Their prices are entirely fair for plumbing services (which are not cheap), they work diligently to ensure that the work reflects the time spent, and their quality has been exceptional.

I will continue to use them for further future plumbing projects as they come up. If that's not an endorsement for their services I don't know what is.

Kou C with Aabbott Ferraro cleaned and checked my furnace for the annual check-up. He was efficient and nice.

Chuck as usual, did a great job correcting a situation I created all by myself. He found another situation that needs to be monitored over the next couple months and gave me some pointers on how to more effectively (and properly) maintain the system. Not only did he correct the problem quickly and efficiently, I learned something. If I could I’d give him 6 stars.

Do It Right gave me an ultimatum and provided a threat (conversation was recorded) based on whether I'd use them or not even BEFORE I received their quote. Had another certified plumber come out and Do It RIght's quote was nearly 3X(!) the second quote received. He also requested PRE-payment for the materials he would need to buy to do the job. Never heard of such a thing for ANY home service. So unprofessional.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. If you need any sewer line repair, look no further than Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer. They are a friendly, honest, and hard working team.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Greg came out and took care of my broken handle on my toilet and put on a new toilet seat. Very professional and pleasant to talk to! I highly recommend!!
