Our floor drain began backing up while doing a load of laundry. Called Roto Rooter to setup service. A four hour service windowWas setup. Brian showed up at the very start of the established window. Walked me through several scenarios and quoted the job prior to starting. The job was completed within the time he stated and all drains are flowing like expected. Wonderful job.

Andy Sturges of The Plumbing Guys has been out to our house multiple times to assist in the stages of building out a bathroom in our basement. We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Apollo came out on a Monday to look at our heat and they basically saved our lives. There was a hole in the furnace spewing carbon monoxide in the house so once they inspected it, the gas and electricity to the unit was IMMEDIATELY shut off. Not even 2 hours later, Pete came out to measure and he was so wonderful and friendly! They got us a new furnace and everything taken care of the NEXT day! I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.
