Rumpca Services takes care of multiple services at Youth Service Bureau in Cottage Grove. They do everything from HVAC Maintenance, Plumbing, and maintain and/or replace multiple Sump Pumps & Sensors. Whenever we have an issue here, I call Jason and they are very quick to respond. All of their people are very friendly and hard working. I can always count on them to come to the rescue when something is failing. They are also on top of maintenance items to avoid issues when possible. Zach and Rob are here today performing annual maintenance on our sump pump system. A couple weeks ago I contacted Jason with an urgent request due to no power coming to one of our pump sensors. He arrived, assessed and fixed the issue very quickly. Josh and Travis have also done work here and are equally friendly and hard working. I highly recommend Rumpca Services, Inc.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. Matt Solko at Abbott Ferraro designed the HVAC system to heat/cool a new second floor on my home. The new 2-zone system is doing a great job of keeping the second floor as cool as the main floor. On top of bringing a superb level of competence, Matt is a very honest person with a great work ethic.

They offered complimentary A/C maintenance; didn't show up, didn't call to reschedule.

I had a very good experience with McQuillan Bros. I contacted them to do maintenance on my old air conditioner. Naill did a very thorough job of examining the AC. He gave me several options for maintenance. He explained these options to me and he completed all the work the same day. I really appreciated getting all the work done the same day. His service was very courteous. He kept the work areas inside and outside of my house clean during and after he did the work. I would highly recommend McQuillan Bros. & Naill.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

I called MSP Plumbing, Heating and Air after another HVAC company did not respond to my request for a furnace and AC tune up. I was extremely pleased with their responsiveness and ability to schedule an appointment after normal working hours.Thomas E was excellent, very knowledgeable and showed a strong dedication to his work. He made sure to explain things along the way, and made sure I visually saw what he was talking about and understood how the issues affect performance and cost. He took the time to answer all of my questions, and did so cheerfully (which helped put me at ease - as a new homeowner I have enough things to worry about!).

Worst experience ever. We hired him to install a tub and what he put us through was living hell. Takes short cuts everywhere he can with total disregard to property. Our expensive new tub and surrounds got scratched & chipped. So unprofessional and messy that he literally destroyed our carpet downstairs with concrete mix stained all over it. He dropped his tools onto our vanity and ceramic bathroom floor leaving a big chip on the edge of the vanity top and cracking the floor tile. Talks big like he knows it all but don't believe it for a minute. Shows up late and disappears for hours. We tried to be patient and give him respect but eventually we couldn't take his BS any longer and just told him it's over. Had enough of his games and watching him destroy our house. We paid him anyway just to get him out of our house and our lives. We had to hire a new plumber to come in and redo everything he messed up on. It's unbelievable to me that someone like him is still operating out there. This guy shouldn't be allowed to carry a license or do any kind of business. There's so much more I can say about our nightmare experience. I'll just say STAY AWAY from this scam artist. Don't fall for his fake & cheeky demeanor.
