I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

Had a very good experience with Mark from Rascher Plumbing. Very fair pricing, cheaper than quotes I got from the big name companies. Honest company, I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Matt Solko at Abbott Ferraro designed the HVAC system to heat/cool a new second floor on my home. The new 2-zone system is doing a great job of keeping the second floor as cool as the main floor. On top of bringing a superb level of competence, Matt is a very honest person with a great work ethic.

I had a great experience, after signing up for the preferred customer program. They had serviced our furnace, quickly. Then had them come back to run a gas line for a new stove. Got a discount because I was a member. It took some time coordinating the work to be done, but otherwise I was very happy with the service. Nice customer care when you call and the technician Rob was easy to work with and efficient.

The Tech (Mr. Gray) was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job of inspecting the A/C unit. He also provided recommendations of upgrades/parts in order to maintain the functionality. Very pleased with the overall service.

Everyone I've met from the plumbing side has been fantastic to work with. I've never felt talked down to or that my projects were rushed so they could move onto the next job. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I have no hesitation hiring them for my next plumbing need.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

I've used Dan's Plumbing and Septic for many years, to pump out my septic tank. They always show up on time, are efficient, and reliable.

Jaron and Justin replaced my toilet and repaired a more serious, unexpected problem on the same visit. They were friendly and professional and it was a pleasure seeing how much they enjoyed their work. They are my go to plumbers.

I've been a monthly member of the MSP program since last fall. Everyone who has come by has been professional and knowledgeable. Nobody has tried to upsell me, they've given great advice and made sure everything is in working order. I was also impressed that they proactively called me to schedule a tune up which was 'free' with my monthly membership. Overall highly recommend so far.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Paid over $200 for a service call for someone to come and diagnose why my ac wasn't working. I was told the fan motor was shot and needed replacement for $750. I decided to hold off on replacing it. Well after taking a leaf blower and blowing the dirt out the fan started working. Just curious on how they came up with a diagnosis of shot motor? Glad I didn't spend the $750. They did come out same day so I give them credit for that.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
