Very good experience with everything.Communication was good.Workers were very good at preparing the area with drop clothes and cleaning up after installation.

This is the second time I have used Rascher plumbing and specifically Jason. I was very pleased both times. Jason is honest and efficient, I would highly recommend them!

They waited until they day that they were scheduled to come out and see us to let us know that we were outside their service area, even though they had our address weeks beforehand. Inconvenient and poor communication.

Our furnace went out last night (Saturday around 6 pm) I called 10+ HVAC repair companies in the twin cities, and Service Today was the only one that responded and went above and beyond to get to our house and fix it while our 10 month old slept. I cannot tell you how unique this was. Every other 24/7 company just took our information and said they could come the next day or Monday. We could have kept the baby's room warm for the night with a space heater, but by morning the rest of the house would have been an ice box and we would have had to find somewhere else to go. Its 10 pm by the time I finally find their number and Nick was willing to come out and look at it despite being an electrician rather than specifically HVAC dedicated - he was go to call Mike, the HVAC expert to walk him through the fix, but they both showed up from 25+ miles away! I am so appreciative of their dedication and the practices Service Today must employ to support/encourage their team to exceed customer expectations! They found the issue and we had heat by 1 am! Mike is coming back on Monday to do a full tune up at a more reasonable hour as well. I am beyond thrilled and so grateful for Nick, Mike, and Service Today!

Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

They came out to do an estimate. Guys we're on time,did great job, and cleaned up after themselves! Helpful in answering any questions about their work. They roughed in a basement bathroom for me for a great price. No surprises when the bill came except the offer of a discount for promt payment. WOW

I recently called to have 3 running toilets fixed! Josh, the plumber assigned to my case called before he came and gave me an ETA! What struck me, is how energetic and polite he was on the phone! So awesome to hear! He showed up when he said was going to, was sincerely polite in person as he was on the phone, and fixed all 3 running toilets! I strongly recommend Cities 1 Plumbing Heating, and Air Conditioning! Their service and professionalism was a breath of fresh air! 10/10

My AC needed some TLC and Bill Rascher employee knew exactly how to bring my unit back to factory standards very impressed.

After watching one of their vans force a car off the road and then follow just a few feet behind another car going 55mph, I'll be getting my work done by a better company. I assume your road rage attitude carries over into poor work.

Hate hiring plumbers because they charge almost as much as a blood sucking attorney, but I didn't feel violated when this plumber billed me and finished the straight forward installation that would have taken me 10 times as long to do myself. So I would recomend them and call the company again if I had an issue.
