Easy to request a visit - confirmation was prompt - we received a call 30 minutes before the technician's expected arrival - the technician was efficient and friendly, answering if I had any questions and answering those thoroughly. The cost of the service was determined before any work began and the service was quick. The price gets a bit higher with each visit -- a year or two between visits -- so that would be my only complaint. And even then, I was able to use a $$ coupon so that helped offset the increase. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

We had our blower fan running constantly and would not turn off we reached out to them and Luke came, after looking at the system Luke said it needed to be adjusted with airflow and our ducts need to be clean in order for it to work properly, and charged us $491 Which did not fix the problem, the field manager came out and found the problem within minutes, servicetoday did not want to refund my initial money I paid. A very untrustworthy company, will not use again

We are in Apple Valley and had a pipe break over the weekend, so we needed an emergency repair. Pedro arrived during the time estimated and was very professional. He was concise with what we needed to have done, but he was not pushy. He repaired the pipe in a very efficient amount of time and, especially considering it was a weekend and emergency repair, was very fair with the cost. We were very happy overall and will use this company again in the future.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . This was our first experience with Bonfe and with Alan and it was a good visit. We joined their annual preventative maintenance program (a great deal). We didn't need an immediate visit, but their scheduling got us an appointment the next day. Alan was professional, courteous and explained everything he did to solve our problem. We will definitely be using Bonfe again!

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Jesse was very knowledgeable and personable. He came in and assessed my problem, set me up with specialists as a next step as well as doing everything he could to make my issue manageable. Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

I called Soderlin Plumbing because they have been around South Minneapolis for years. From the first call, to problem solved, I was impressed.
The issue was, I have had such horrible water pressure going to my outside water faucet for years. My sprinkler was only able to get about 3 feet high.
Ken came over and assessed the issue within 10 minutes and recommended a solution. I agreed and he got to work. Ken was trustworthy and experienced. I am 100% pleased with the results and I no longer have sprinkler envy of my neighbors. Thank you so much Ken!
