The guys were on time, friendly, professional and informative. I will definitely use Rumpca again in the future. The first time I called Rumpca the lady on the phone was very nice. She suggested some things to try first when my central air wasn't working. Unfortunately none of those things worked but I appreciated the suggestions and that won me over with this company. My central air unit was 35 years old and needed replacement. Rumpca did a great job replacing the AC, fixing up some duct work and fixing some water shut off valve issues. Thank you Rumpca!

Had MPS replace my water heater last April. Having issues with no hot water. Called & texted them for assistance, no response. Called the MFG to file a warranty claim and they sent Champion Plumbing next day which the issue was resolved and stuck me with $475 bill. The CP contractor said whoever did the install did a poor job and not up to code. RED FLAGS everywhere and my family could have been in danger! Enraged and called MPS to explain the situation and requested a reimbursement. Lady told me not going to happen and that I should've kept trying to get a hold of them. Explained I did my part communicating two ways, text and phonecall. Even more angry at this point. Lady couldn't do anything and needed to talk to the manager so I took down email and hung up. CP sent me pictures and a report on his service and discoveries so I forwarded to them to MPS. Thinking this will be resolved in my favor but was I wrong. They claimed CP's way of business is to lie to get paid. Well that is exactly what MSP is about. We wouldn't be here if the job was done properly and up to code the first time. I lost $$$ on MPS f'up. I hope they learn from their mistakes because luck is going to run out if they continue to do business this way. My intentions is not to discourage people from doing business with MPS, because we all need to eat, but simply to let others be aware to conduct the research on service companies prior to hiring someone for the job.

There was a mixup probably on my part but Blaylock handled it excellently. They showed up on the dot of the early range of time they had given me, and were in and finished in record time. Everything from scheduling our service call to getting estimates went smoothly with Aabbott Ferraro. Our service technician Matt S. was knowledgable, courteous, and respectful of my questions. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and offered a reasonable explanation of alternatives and costs.

Needed a new garbage disposal and to have a new faucet I had already purchased installed. The plumber walked through the whole house and inspected everything. Gave me two quotes. One of $4400 for all the stuff he found wrong and one of $1450 for just the disposal and faucet. Price seemed outrageous. When we asked how long the job would take the plumber wouldn't answer. We just paid the $79 service call fee and had him leave. I bought a disposal at Home Depot for $120 and found a local plumber to install it and the faucet. He charged $350. Took him 1 1/2 hours. Today I got a letter in the mail from them trying to sell me a service plan for the work I didn't have them do. UNBELIEVABLE. I'd avoid this company unless you enjoy being massively overcharged.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Peter arrived on time, immediately went to work, finished the repair in 10 minutes and didn't charge me anything because he didn't have to use any of his own materials. When is the last time someone performed a maintenance service for me free of charge happy? Never before today! No charge was because I am a member of their maintenance club. For that, I pay $99 a year, and they maintain all of my utilities without additional charge. They do this with the hope that if you do need work done that you will choose them. And I certainly have. They always do excellent work and they will continue to be my go-to team for help with my utilities. I have also recommended them to several of my clients all of whom have been very happy with them as well.

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Greg is my go to plumber. Has installed new toilets, faucets and a water heater in my house. I have also had him to my house to clean my drain several times. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating as far as my schedule is concerned and arrived before or on our scheduled appointment time.
