As a new homeowner, plumbing is scary. The Blaylock team and Chris came out and were friendly and on point, both giving great advice and completely repairs and upgrades all in one visit, for a great fee compared to what other companies quoted. They're hourly rate is fair and with their experience it's tough to beat!

Brian gave us options and time to decide the best decision for us. He was very knowledgeable about our system and helpful. He cared about our future needs.

After dealing with two places that blatantly tried to rip me off (one wanted $1100 to change an inducer motor which is a $100/15 min job) I ended up replacing most of my furnace parts myself by watching youtube videos and finding the parts on amazon/ebay. It's about as simple as unplugging and plugging the new part in most of the time, but with the blower motor I ended up tightening a screw too tight and it locked the shaft onto the housing. I called Aabbott Ferraro and I couldn't possibly have been happier with Tim, the tech who managed to fix something that had been a nightmare for me to deal with. The hourly rate seemed high, but he worked quick and efficiently despite the unusual problem I created, so the final bill was much lower than expected. Thanks Tim! The owner and the person answering the phone were also helpful. I can't speak for the other techs there, but I would definitely recommend this company anyone having furnace issues.

Pedro responded promptly to my emergency call. He explained to me each step of his process from diagnosis through repair. He even cleaned up and gave me additional tips to help me maintain my pipes and drains in my own. Highly recommended. Very responsive and highly professional. Excellent quality of work.

Curella Co. did an amazing job repairing our offset pipe. Tony got us a bid in a timely manner and was good at communicating for when the ground would be thawed enough to do the job. I'd definitely recommend them.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

I had ENP install a new water heater for me, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly. My calls were promptly returned, everything about the install was explained very clearly and their pricing was transparent. They showed up exactly on time both for the estimate and for the install, got the work done in the time and price that was estimated. Small attention to details like bringing their own blankets to lay down all the way from the back door to the water heaters so as not to dirty my floors impressed me. I hope I don't need any plumbing done soon but if I do I'll be calling them!

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Very friendly! I’m a single homeowner on a tight budget. They were up front with me about pricing and honest about what I truly needed and what I could wait a while for. The stress of having a Plummer come was high. After talking to them on the phone and having Erik come out, the stress was quickly alleviated.Thank you!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Do NOT hire these over priced scum bags. While most companys charge $75 a lb for R-22 Apollo charges $210. Along with 150 an hour. This company is BAD!

Took three days for him to put in a utility sink. Then had to call him back twice because one of the pipes he put in leaked. Charges by the minute and spent 20+ minutes trying to sell us on a specific faucet. He is not worth the hassle. Also, plumbers crack showed the whole time.
