I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again.I made a call in the late afternoon on a Sunday. I was not expecting them to arrive at my house for hours. Within an hour of my call, I had a tech ringing my doorbell and ready to go. The tech completing the work was efficient and friendly. He also answered any questions I had regarding the service and the pipes I have in my house.Payment was discussed before services were provided and everything was very clear. I believe that prices are the same no matter day or time, which is greatly appreciated since drain backups rarely occur during convenient business hours.I appreciate the six-month guarantee they provide on their completed work.No doubt they will receive my business the next time I run into issues.

Tony is exceptionally professional and kind. He went out of his way to assist us in putting in a new sewer line, coming back and checking on it. He is beyond compare and made the process of having our sewer line replaced painless. I cannot recommend tony and his crew enough!

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

I needed the septic pumped but also knew I needed to find the big cover. Jerry explained how to find it and where to dig. I was successful. When he came to pump the lid was impossible to remove, it was going to take a lot of work and muscle. He called in his son and they teamed up for success. Once removed he cleaned everything and we put on a new cover. He inspected the entire tank and replaced one decayed baffle. I asked a lot of questions and he was more than happy to answer and explain everything. In the past I have used other companies but never got the service that Jerry provided. The other companies used a short cut of pumping thru a vent pipe. This was a very bad idea as the tank was never completely cleaned. Thanks to Jerry, I have a clean functioning septic system that will continue to provide us service for the future.

We've used Erik Nelson for 3 projects (replacing galvanized pipes to increase water pressure in a bathroom, leaking kitchen faucet, leaking pipe in basement) and we've been impressed every time. They respond to phone calls promptly, show up on time, do an excellent job, are careful with our home, give estimates that are accurate, and are generally good people we enjoy working with. I recommend this company with no reservations.

I had floor drain issues, after many failed attempts with other plumbing companies (big companies with hundreds of 4.5 star reviews). I decided to call Paul the Plumber on a whim and very glad that I did! It was middle of the day already when I called and they were totally booked for the day. Paul was still very accommodating though, he said he would do his best to send someone out, which he did. Turns out it was a cracked pipe under basement slab, they were able to come back 2 days later to do the repair (they estimated a week). Not only were they able to fix the cracked pipe, Paul’s and his staff were willing and opened to giving advice on how to repair certain things unrelated to service job. Very reasonable prices compared to other companies and very dedicated to their customers. Would totally recommend them to our friends and family! Great customer service and trustworthiness, which is hard to find nowadays.All these big companies with their huge marketing ads on availability but when they actually send people out to your house, they don’t have a clue what’s going on. Paul and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and even though you have to schedule for service, I’d rather do that than call those big plumbing companies.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . Rescued our weekend, but at a steep cost. Subsequently, attempts to get full documentation for the new installation have fallen on deaf ears. Tried to drop by to resolve issues by found the doors locked and no one answered.

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Greg is my go to plumber. Has installed new toilets, faucets and a water heater in my house. I have also had him to my house to clean my drain several times. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating as far as my schedule is concerned and arrived before or on our scheduled appointment time. He works fast and gets the job done very well. I recommend him to everyone.
