The tech who worked with me was professional and knowledgeable, and fixed my issue of standing water in my kitchen and laundry sinks. I also learned a bit about how to take care of my drain pipes for the future. Much appreciated! I had to wait a little longer (30min) outside the 10-12 window I made my appointment for, but the dispatch called to keep me up to date on what to expect so I could plan my day.

I just bought a new home built in 1910 and it's always a bit nerve wracking to try and find great people who do great work. Rascher exceeds that bar. Jason has installed our water softener, garbage disposal, dryer vent, and has recently fixed a leak in our main plumbing stack. Everything was done very well and they do a great job explaining things to you. I will continue to call them for any plumbing needs I have.

Had a leaky outdoor faucet with no shutoff to faucet. I had to turn water off to entire house. Ryan came to my rescue. He was great, fixed the faucet & showed me where all my shutoff were. He was prompt, personable, respectful and neat. Definitely recommend to all. Thanks!

We bought this furnace from them and everything was good. In less than 3 years the furnace is making all kinds of noise. We called them to come and fix it and made an appointment on Friday they gave us a window of 8 to 4:00pm that they never showed up for. they called at 3:45 to say they needed to reschedule. We have taken off of work for t he whole day. We scheduled for the following Monday between 8:am and noon and still no one showed up even after the confirmation call at 8:30 a.m. The lady called again at 10 am to confirm and said that someone will be out to fix it at 4:00 p.m. I get another call saying we have to reschedule because the tech is now sick. We chose this company because they were highly rated but everything from equipment to service has been a nightmare. How do you go from 2 confirming calls to now the tech is sick before noon. Erica was short with me and trying to rush me off the phone instead of explaining why we have to now reschedule a 3rd time. I asked for a manager she gave me AJ and said he will call you back. I doubt that from the way she was behaving.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. If you need any sewer line repair, look no further than Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer. They are a friendly, honest, and hard working team.

They helped us out with a bathroom remodel project and I was impressed every single step of the way. I will never call another plumber -- I'm now a loyal customer and can't recommend these guys enough!

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

Worst experience ever. We hired him to install a tub and what he put us through was living hell. Takes short cuts everywhere he can with total disregard to property. Our expensive new tub and surrounds got scratched & chipped. So unprofessional and messy that he literally destroyed our carpet downstairs with concrete mix stained all over it. He dropped his tools onto our vanity and ceramic bathroom floor leaving a big chip on the edge of the vanity top and cracking the floor tile. Talks big like he knows it all but don't believe it for a minute. Shows up late and disappears for hours. We tried to be patient and give him respect but eventually we couldn't take his BS any longer and just told him it's over. Had enough of his games and watching him destroy our house. We paid him anyway just to get him out of our house and our lives. We had to hire a new plumber to come in and redo everything he messed up on. It's unbelievable to me that someone like him is still operating out there. This guy shouldn't be allowed to carry a license or do any kind of business. There's so much more I can say about our nightmare experience. I'll just say STAY AWAY from this scam artist. Don't fall for his fake & cheeky demeanor.
