Did a great job.

They came out to repair our water heater that stopped working. They got it up and running within 30 minutes and determined it was due to improper installation of the exhaust pipe from when our house was built. They were friendly and professional. The tech also gave me some advice on issues he saw with our furnace air piping from install as well. Being a new build house, it was clear that we had people put our house appliances together that were not qualified to do so. I highly recommend Rumpca and will surely use them for all future HVAC/plumbing issues going forward.

The service from Nick was outstanding. He called prior to showing up. He was friendly and knowledgeable about my electrical issue. He described the issue and how to fix it. Very down to earth and did not do the high pressure sales trick to purchase more electrical work.

We started the contract negotiations Sept/Oct for a minisplit installation over the off-season. Terms were found in November; agreement was set in December all via phone & email since initial visit for measurements. 1 Jan 2020 the Cooŕdìńaťor, Niall, went to paternity leave -- and all communications ceased.COVID-19 hit Metro in March 2020.On 2 April, the 1st email reply came through, confirming the special price and terms.The day for the work for the minisplit install was chosen: 20 April.(Added a whole house humidifier I'd been trying all winter to get installed!)The 2 iinstallations were completed without at issues.That Minisplit - suh-weet!! So quiet, even when it is on full blast! I record a daily Scriptural video post, and I can leave the minisplit running while I record just 11 ft away!I don't have to be afraid of the heat this summer,, às I have been for 7 yrs due to a medical condition where my brain no longer controls my body temperature so high temps would kill me. My past cooling devices failed at 83° or if there was humidity -- because of this rare condition causing this and a constellation of other medical issues that have kept me essentially a prisoner, isolated for 7 yrs, McQuillan Bros Plumbing Heating and AC worked with me on the price.Though we had some bumps, I praise God every single day for His having turned my hand to McQuillan Bros. Without their assistance and their fine, professional work, I'd be facing another summer of terror again.But this year, I'll be able to live and move around my house, using the whole 1st floor too now!Praise God for His wondrous deeds! Water Heater pilot kept going out. Had no hot water for a week. I called MSP early in the morning, after calling multiple companies. Dan arrived 10 minutes early. He got right to work and did his due diligence to examine water heater. Unfortunately I had a defective Rheem. Dan was able to diagnose the water heater and was able to provide options and an out the door price right away. After we agreed on price he went to work on it right away and finished in an hr. The whole process only took an hour and we were grateful for Dan to come out. We will continue to use their services. Dan is good and Rheem is bad is all you need to know.

Honest and affordable

Shamari did my A/C system check this morning and did a great job. Not only did he check out the unit both inside and outside but he also took the time to answer my questions about the thermostat as well as show me how to change the air filter. He was very nice, courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable about the equipment. He is definitely an asset to your company and look forward to working with him in the future.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

A+. I was not to happy to have my 5 year old furnace not working for the second time. BUT Josh from APOLLO came out showed me the issue and fixed it. Was very friendly and knowledge. Some guys would not show you the issue, he did. APOLLO stands behind their product. Very fast service too.

If you want a great plumber use Hessian! Great communication from start to finish! Leo and John did a great job running gas for my new gas stove! They gave me a quote that came on right on budget instead of twice as much as others!

Keith Nelson Plumbing is simply the best. DJ and Justin and their crew are so kind, knowledgeable, hardworking, extremely good at what they do, and always go the extra mile. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have installed new water valves for us, new outdoor spigots, and a new kitchen faucet. We are so happy that we can work with them. We had a VERY VERY bad experience in the past with a different plumbing company on 2 separate plumbing issues, so we were so grateful when a friend of mine referred us to Keith Nelson. Thanks guys for all that you do!

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

Mark came out to do maintenance on our water heater. We talked on the phone and he was able to fit us in same day which was very convenient! He was very professional, nice, and reasonably priced. We'll definitely work with him again!

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

The plumber arrived 35 minutes late to replace a faulty toilet shut off valve that was soldered in place. He didn't have a mask with him so we supplied one. In our upstairs bathroom placed his tools on our bath mat instead of a work towel. He used a torch to loosen the defective valve, and in the process scorched/burned the paint behind the toilet. He failed to use a heat shield to protect our wall. No apology. No response from the owners.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!
