Charles and associate was great, called in morning because our old water heater failed and the same day they came out and replace it and their price was excellent, definitely highly recommended.

Very professional and prompt. Dennis did nice work and even made some additional suggestions that made total sense. The only downside is it wasn't cheap (although there pricing was not outrageous given it was semi emergency service).

Excellent experience all around using Boys Electric.The first thing I loved, as a single female, is that they emailed me a picture of the Electrician who was coming to my house shortly after the appointment was scheduled. I would imagine anyone would like this, but it's a nice feature that I've never had any company do before.Allisa Ramey was my electrician, and she was excellent. She installed the two lights I needed installed, and she also fixed a switch problem that was causing another light not to work. Additionally, she gave me her advice on the pros and cons of the different types of light bulbs.She worked quickly and efficiently and was polite and good at explaining things on my level.She let me know what the price would be up front. I don't really know how the price compared to other electricians, but I felt it was reasonable based on what I had done.

Dan S from McQuillan Bros came on site to do an annual plumbing inspection as part of my home owners maintenance plan with McQuillan. Dan was great!! Friendly, efficient, good with my dogs, and provided a detailed review of my plumbing situation. I knew the hot water heater was going to be my issue. I mentioned I was going to replace in about 12 months. He said he would be surprised if it lasted that long. That caused me to change my plan, and 3 hours later due to Dan and McQuillan I now have a new hot water heater - much quieter!!! All along the way, Dan was communicating what was going on, and where he was in the process. He also provided more detail regarding the plumbing in the house than any other plumber ever has. I was delighted to have Dan as my plumber. I'll gladly call this guy back.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

Everyone I've met from the plumbing side has been fantastic to work with. I've never felt talked down to or that my projects were rushed so they could move onto the next job. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I have no hesitation hiring them for my next plumbing need.

We have use Erik Nelson Plumbing for two projects. In both cases the crew was professional, thorough with explanations of the work, provided accurate estimates, and did the work correctly the first time. No complaints.

I had MSP install a new water heater, and they also performed a quick maintenance check on my boiler. Talking to them, they explained to me everything I wanted and needed to know about my heating system, and explained why I was not getting the sort of heat I should have expected from my boiler. I trust them for their quality and knowledge, and I will continue using them in the future.UPDATE: on a follow-up visit, the technician did some extra fixes for me without being prompted, like lighting the pilot light on my downstairs fireplace. Much appreciated!

I highly recommend Paul the Plumber! We needed our toilet replaced ASAP and Paul was able to get it done quickly! His price was reasonable and he informed us of a rebate in our area. Wow, Paul and his great team went above and beyond to resolve our issue!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Today we had a technician stop by to perform a furnace inspection. He arrived within the time window, texted ahead to say he was coming, and performed the work with no issues. Very polite and personable, as has been the case with every interaction we’ve had with Apollo. I have no reason to not highly recommend this company.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
