Both of my toilets were clogged beyond what a plunger could remedy. Charles came out after hours and did an excellent job. He fixed the problem and even gave me an estimate on installing new toilets. I highly recommend him.

I recently had a new furnace installed in my St. Paul home by Aabbott Ferraro. After several other estimates Nick Steckhahn visited me and described the options in a clear and concise manner. He was very professional and did not pressure me into a decision. He was able to meet our financial requirements and arrange for the furnace to be installed the very next day. This was welcomed as it was still fairly chilly. The next day two employees arrived. The installation experience was as professional and pleasant as was the estimate experience with this company. Our new furnace was up and running in half a day and when Nick arrived to check the work he sat with us and answered all questions. We got a very good guarantee from the company on their work. I recommend this company as honest, professional and very capable.

McQuillan installed my boiler in 2021 and have been out a few times since for regular maintenance. They have always been professional, friendly, and I think they do good work. They probably are not the cheapest option out there, but I think they have fair prices and you are paying for great service.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Nick came today to take care of some clogged pipes. He had to replace some sections of pipe to get rid of the clogs. I was very satisfied with the job he did today.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Damico was thorough, very professional and knowledgeable. He pointed out a potential water problem to keep an eye on. Fortunately I was aware of the problem and had it fixed recently. Very good service and professional.

Metro Plumbing was great to work with! The scheduling was fast and the rep was very professional. They sent a courtesy text to confirm my appointment the day before which was really nice. The technician, Chris, called before he arrived and was very professional the entire time. He provided his professional opinions and did not try to sell us anything we didn’t need. At the end, he walked us through what he did from start to finish. I will definitely use their services again in the future!

A great company to work for. Very kind people who actually remember your name and care to know their employees, hard to find in a company now days. It has been a pleasure and a very beneficial learning experience from our current foreman who takes the time to show his guys actual hands on training. I had to call Minneapolis Plumbing today to fix a leak in the P-trap and drain pipe beneath the washing machine.Freddy and Ernie, the technicians, reviewed the issue and informed me of the scope and cost of the repair. They were very patient with my many questions and provided answers to my satisfaction. The work that Freddy and Ernie did met with my approval. They did a great job, were pleasant to work with, and finished quickly.

Had Soderlin come out to evaluate my mini-split. The tech was extremely thoughtful in the evaluating the situation and just charged the service evaluation fee with some advice to do a simple fix. Really appreciated that he didn’t gouge me with what turned out to be a simple filter issue. 👍

I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.
