Pure Plumbing did a great job working on my irrigation system and the vacuum breaker. The company actually answers when called. I was quickly scheduled. And the plumber came when he said. He did quick work at a fair price. I was quoted significantly more by other plumbers. It'll be easy to figure out who to call for my next plumbing need.

Dave has done plumbing work at my house a couple of times over the last few years. Most recently, he installed a bathroom sink faucet and drain for a newly replaced vanity. The plumbing was a little challenging, as the new sink was offset from the drain pipe. Dave was great about communicating prior to the appointment so he was clear on what needed to be done. He came up with a good solution that was much less invasive and expensive than what another plumber had suggested/quoted to me. He walked me though what he was doing and answered any questions I had. Dave does quality work and provides a great plumbing service experience.

Responded promptly and was at our place within an hour to fix our garbage disposal leak. Very professional, explained the issue and offered a workable solution. Was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Highly recommend the service!

We built a house and were told to use this company by our builder. This company was one of the only competent and reliable companies our builder recommended. Their front end staff is wonderful, the workers were clean, professional and courteous. They can get you in within a few days of calling and they were always on time and made sure we all our questions were answered and followed up to see if they could improve (Nope!). We had one small issue with our washer and they came the next day to fix it and apologized for the mistake. Highly recommended!

Would absolutely use Cichy’s again. Very honest, respectful, hardworking, and thorough. They did a wonderful job fixing our sewer line and we have no complaints! (and no more problems). Highly recommend!

Brandon of Master Plumbers came out to repair a leak for us. He gave us a call ahead of time to let us know that he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived he got right to work. He allowed us to peak over his shoulder and explained what was going on. He was very professional, worked quickly and kept his work space clean. Great service all around. Not recommend for anyone. Jim hangs up on customers and is very rude. They charge over $130 just for a 10 minute visit, not even an inspection was done. They do not communicate well with their customers about their fees and charges and do not disclose it until they send you an invoice. Again this is not a place that I would recommend to others because they are expensive, they don’t communicate and disclose their charges, and they have rude customer services.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH!! SHEILA the customer service rep who handles the scheduling and service calls is the most absolutely RUDE AND Unprofessional person i have EVER dealt with through a company that is supposed to be a company who provides a service.
