Best Garbage Disposal in Saint Paul MN

Called about a clogged drain in the morning. Technician was already at our house within two hours and arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected. Everything was done with care and for a reasonable price.

ENP diagnosed main drain leaks and venting problems. Gave me several options to repair and replace the old metal pipes with PVC and bring it all up to code. They gave me price options I could afford. Great customer service from the start. Plumber called ahead to let me know he was on his way, showed up on time, was polite, professional and relatable. He took time to explain what was going on with out being condescending and/or trying to sell me on things I don't need. He cleaned up after himself and was out the door in an expedient manner.

I needed an extra outlet in my garage. I didn’t want to go through the drywall. I explained what I wanted done, he gave me a competitive quote and then completed the work. Cleaned up after he was finished. Answered all of my questions. I couldn’t be happier!

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Nick did a great job. He walked me through all my options and then completed the repair very quickly.

Greg is my go to plumber. Has installed new toilets, faucets and a water heater in my house. I have also had him to my house to clean my drain several times. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating as far as my schedule is concerned and arrived before or on our scheduled appointment time. He works fast and gets the job done very well. I recommend him to everyone.
