Fast, friendly and reasonable! Would use Rumpca again, and recommend to others.

First cold snap of the season. They were super busy, but communication was great and expectations were met. They provided us with space heaters for the couple days we needed them. Very responsive, and explained it all so that I could understand. My wife dealt with them one day at our home and they treated her very well. A respectful bunch, I trust Aabbott Ferraro for our future heating and cooling needs!

UPDATE: I received a call, the same day, shortly after writing this review. My boyfriend's refund was approved and in the bank the next day. I'm sure it was just a coincidence on timing from review to phone call to refund. I still stick with my original review on this company, however. The refund is definitely appreciated. But it should not have taken the length of time it did.Original: I strongly advise against using this company. We used Angi to find another company that works on basements for a second opinion. There was an auto call from this company to set up an appt. When I did end up talking to someone, I explained our issue in detail. They scheduled an appt for the same day (which I thought was awesome). Guy came, walked down to our basement, said they do not work on the problem we have and charged us the $75 dispatch fee. (The fee was explained to us when I scheduled and I was totally fine with that if the person could give us some insight/second opinion). But the person did nothing. Didn't inspect anything or offer guidance on possible next steps. My BF paid for the visit since I wasn't home. I called that afternoon asking why we were charged for literally nothing except for a guy to drive out to tell us they don't work on this issue. I asked for a refund. Got told my request would be sent to someone else. Never heard back. This was July 5th. I have since called a few more times (4-5 at this point) and have been told the same thing over and over again. Today, August 14th, I was told it's still pending manager approval. At this point, I am sure I am getting the run around and I feel like they're just waiting for us to forget about it. I was going to wait to write this review until the issue has been settled. I feel like I have been beyond patient at this point and my calls are going no where. The people I have talked to seem polite and professional enough. But I cannot recommend this company based on this experience alone. Maybe others have had better luck.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Everyone I have worked with at Aquarius thus far has been great. Although my experience with the product itself has been horrible. I’ve had technicians at my home several times since having my water softener installed in late January. I’ve had everything installed from Aquarius and my water quality is still poor aside from the RO system. We have been dealing with the hard water feeling since day 1, strong chlorine smells in the water (we purchased the chlorine system to fix this), yellow stains in our toilets/bath tubs, and most recently high iron content in the water (they said this was the cause of the hard water feeling). Aquarius installed an iron filter for us a few days ago and since then we have had a black film cover our bathtub every night after giving our toddler a bath. Also, we had a huge blowout from the new system in our basement of black dust that covered almost our entire room.

I don’t know if we have just had bad luck, but our neighbors who utilized different companies for their softeners haven’t had any issues at all. As I said earlier my interactions with everyone at Aquarius has been awesome, but at this point regret my buying decision.

***After all this they came a made things right! Everything is working great now.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). I called Janecky from a referral through a friend of mine. They took my call, responded to my needs quickly, scheduled an installation same day, dealt with removing my water softener, water meter and other things to get them out of the way in my compact utility room so that they could remove my 13 year old water heater which was behind all of that, then installed the new water heater. They reinstalled all of equipment back to spec and restored our hot water without any leaks all for the exact price quoted to me by phone.

We had our master bathroom remodeled by Majeski. Corey and his crew were exceptional. Our bathroom turned out beautifully. Majeski Plumbing has done several jobs for us. All the employees are professional and very skilled plumbers. My husband and I highly recommend this company.

Dan Simmer did such a great job replacing the drain pipe for my bathroom. He took the time to explain everything to me and always asked if I had additional questions. Reasonably priced, professional and left things clean. I highly recommend Cities 1 and will definitely use them for future projects.

My AC needed some TLC and Bill Rascher employee knew exactly how to bring my unit back to factory standards very impressed.

We just remodeled our bathroom and also replaced our furnace, water heater and air conditioning unit with Silver Tree. It was a huge complicated project, but Silver Tree was amazing to work with! They were very knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and completed the work as scheduled. They were also very accommodating with the many changes we had which made the process so much less stressful. We had many subs working on our project, but Silver Tree was the only company that were there when they said they would be. They put the extra effort in ahead of time so our project would go smoothly and would turn out exactly how we wanted it. We are extremely happy with the end result and attribute much of that to Silver Tree!
