Worst service ever,my home warranty send this company to check my shower for small leak, they do silicon job like 5year old kid all over the faucet ,and i call them and they said is not to bad ,what did you expect !

As a new homeowner, plumbing is scary. The Blaylock team and Chris came out and were friendly and on point, both giving great advice and completely repairs and upgrades all in one visit, for a great fee compared to what other companies quoted. They're hourly rate is fair and with their experience it's tough to beat!

Our technician Brian was excellent. He provided great service while being honest and upfront about the issues. He also provided me with some preventative maintenance information about the problems we have been having with my main sewer line. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter!

Upfront pricing, on-time, and professional. Our water heater went out and Gust plumbing scheduled us in quickly. Rusty was incredibly knowledgeable with an attention to detail that is hard to find nowadays. Gust Plumbing beat everyone else's price and Rusty gave outstanding customer service. I will not go anywhere else with my plumbing needs.

First cold snap of the season. They were super busy, but communication was great and expectations were met. They provided us with space heaters for the couple days we needed them. Very responsive, and explained it all so that I could understand. My wife dealt with them one day at our home and they treated her very well. A respectful bunch, I trust Aabbott Ferraro for our future heating and cooling needs!

Tom was on time, very knowledgeable, and shared the current performance of system, and would could be done to help improve. Tom was also very personable, allowing for thoughts and feedback in his work. Very satisfied customer who would recommend them to anyone searching.

We had a pipe leak over the weekend. approx $200 just to come out and diagnose problem (fair). It was a pinhole leak that was present for over a day so the leak looked worse than it was. Standard copper pipe, 10 feet of replacement with standard fittings, 100% visible/ accessible. service was fine but he charged 1600 dollars! Didn't tell me how much more the service would be until after he performed the repair and tried to tell me he was giving me a discount. I felt compelled to pay because we were in a bind but I think this situation should be visible to other potential customers so they can make up their own minds about ethics and pricing.

Tim was very helpful in getting me setup with what I needed. Troy and Keagan did a great job getting everything I needed done today. Installing my HVAC system. I greatly appreciate it. They both were very professional! Thank you!

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

I hired Polar Plumbing to install a new water heater when mine started leaking. He is very busy, but worked me into his schedule that day since it was urgent. He arrived in 4 hours with a new water heater and installed it very quickly. The installation was very well done (actually better than the original) and everything was clean and neat afterwards. This was my first time using Polar Plumbing and I have already contracted for toilet replacements with Lance. Highly recommend.

Mark was amazing! He spent a lot of time making sure the installation was done properly. Mark reviewed every step in the process to make sure I understood what needed to be done. On top of that he had a great attitude and he was a pleasure to work with.

Had a nasty stopped up drain in the basement, and Twin City Rooter was recommended by our local plumber. They set me up with 'Don', who called me pretty quick, and was here the same day. He jumped right in and it turned out to be a tough job - but he had us all fixed up in no time. Friendly guy, and very reasonable price!!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.
