Great job! They are the best! I had major plumbing issue involving excavation and they were most competent, in and out in less than a day, all for a fair price! They went the extra mile with little things and nice guys to boot!

Had a serious plumbing issue on a Saturday afternoon, which also happened to be my birthday. Got on the phone with Roto Rooter and they had a technician over to my house even earlier than they had promised! Brian arrived and was very professional, wearing booties to protect our new carpets. He did an inspection and was very upfront with what he was planning on doing and provided me with the pricing and expectations for his services. He took even more precautions for our new carpet and put booties on his heavy equipment. He fixed the issues and we had our “lives” back in less than an hour! Brian is 5 stars all the way around- thanks Brian and Roto Rooter for helping salvage my birthday, with their quick fix!

Pedro responded promptly to my emergency call. He explained to me each step of his process from diagnosis through repair. He even cleaned up and gave me additional tips to help me maintain my pipes and drains in my own. Highly recommended. Very responsive and highly professional. Excellent quality of work.

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

I have used this company several times and have had success each time. This most recent time was no exception. My technician Kyle was professional in every way. He took the necessary care into protecting my floors and walls. He explained everything clearly and the work was completed to my satisfaction. We had a routine main line cleaned of tree roots and old laundry room floor drain that always seems to be a little slow to go down.

We had our Furnace and AC replaced by Apollo Heating and Cooling 04/29/2020 and they did an outstanding job. Tony Tellin sets Apollo apart from the competition with his knowledge of the industry and the products that are offered. Tony didn't make us feel like he was just trying to win over the job and offered insight and expertise as to what was expected product wise as well as the installation. Dan and Josh did an outstanding job with the installation of our new Lennox system and we would recommend Apollo to anyone in need of heating and cooling services.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.

AMAZING service from Gray Duck Plumbing from start to finish. Tina and Dan took a very stressful situation for a new homeowner and made it very approachable and easy. Jesse was very knowledgeable and personable. He came in and assessed my problem, set me up with specialists as a next step as well as doing everything he could to make my issue manageable. He was easy to get along with and someone I would highly recommend to anyone who has a similar situation suddenly appear.

Justen Plumbing does great work. Mike is a honest hard working family man who’s your local neighborhood plumber. He’s a one man show so be patient about him returning calls when he’s busy. But his work as a master plumber is top notch and has honest pricing about his quality work.

Justen plumbing helped install a brand new water Softener for my house after my old original Kinetico one died. I’ve had nothing but soft crystal clean water since. I couldn't be more pleased with Weld and Sons. Within 2.5 hours of arriving on site, the water heater was installed. The estimate was pretty close to the final bill. Everyone I interacted with were pleasant and professional.

As a follow-up to my initial review, the inspector found a shut off valve that couldn't turn. I was pressured to take a less than convenient date for the rework. The plumber was 20 minutes late and I had to leave him in the house while I was out. A second bill came for the rework. Both of my calls to the office resulted in no acknowledgment that the work was incorrect the first time.

Overall, they were fine. I wouldn't not use them again, but they wouldn't be my first choice either.

The responsiveness of Alto on a Saturday when we had tree roots in our main sewer line was amazing. Rick was at our house in less than an hour and had the problem solved within a couple of hours. I have their card on my fridge for future issues.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!
