I have used them a number of times over the years. They are responsive, knowledgeable and have reasonable rates. When I need a plumber, Chuck is my first and only call.

I called for service with a plumbing issue. The repair person arrived. I relayed what problem was. He repaired what was wrong. Cleaned up any mess that was made. Very friendly, professional and courteous I will certainly call this company for any future needs.

Zeb arrived earlier than scheduled, was quick, clean and polite. Found a coupon online for me and made sure I understood what caused my back up and how to take care of and prevent it in the future. Definitely will call if an issue arises again.

After another plumber failed to show up, I called Joe at Rascher. Joe was responsive and reliable. There were two major projects I hoped to complete and Joe gave quotes for both so I could budget accordingly. His team was quick to respond and when another project landed in my lap unexpectedly, his team handled it quickly. The gentlemen who did the work were respectful of my property and my time. I will recommend Rascher to my friends, family, and neighbors and call them first for any future plumbing issues. Excellent workmanship and professionalism by all those involved!

Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. He came out in march our tank was full just move in did even now that we had to have it pump our coverit it was cold out side he pump it we had to ruff it for a while was dish my hand dish ect he told us a lot about our tank

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Worst experience ever. We hired him to install a tub and what he put us through was living hell. Takes short cuts everywhere he can with total disregard to property. Our expensive new tub and surrounds got scratched & chipped. So unprofessional and messy that he literally destroyed our carpet downstairs with concrete mix stained all over it. He dropped his tools onto our vanity and ceramic bathroom floor leaving a big chip on the edge of the vanity top and cracking the floor tile. Talks big like he knows it all but don't believe it for a minute. Shows up late and disappears for hours. We tried to be patient and give him respect but eventually we couldn't take his BS any longer and just told him it's over. Had enough of his games and watching him destroy our house. We paid him anyway just to get him out of our house and our lives. We had to hire a new plumber to come in and redo everything he messed up on. It's unbelievable to me that someone like him is still operating out there. This guy shouldn't be allowed to carry a license or do any kind of business. There's so much more I can say about our nightmare experience. I'll just say STAY AWAY from this scam artist. Don't fall for his fake & cheeky demeanor.
