I’ve used Rumpca Services for all my plumbing and HVAC installation maintenance and repairs over the past 20 years. In every case they were prompt, courteous, neat and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to work with such professionals. I’d highly recommend them.

My power went out in the middle of the day on Friday, and I had power back Friday night. David, the tech helping me, also pointed out some things that were no longer up to code and arranged for the work to be completed the following Monday. I am very happy with how knowledgeable and professional David was, and I am beyond happy that he was able to restore my electric service before the weekend!

Our boiler wasn't kicking in. Jeff from MSP identified the damper motor had malfunctioned. He gave us a couple options for MSP, but suggested we call the company who installed boiler 5 years ago to see if covered by warranty. Parts and labor were covered by warranty and previous company replaced it. By suggesting we check warranty with MSP competitor, Jeff saved us $800 and got the heat back on within a couple hours of our call. Hard to beat that integrity.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Called for an issue with our furnace. From the start the whole process was simple and clear. Our technician Wang was professional and took care of our issue. He was fantastic, and the experience could not have been better!

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do). Professional and helpful staff

After getting bids from two other well-known reputable companies, I decided I wanted the work done by Champion Plumbing. Matt G installed a water heater for me. His work was expertly done in a timely manner. He didn’t mind me watching him and answering my questions. He offered a lot of great advice and other tips….Just an overall great guy! Thank you very much!
