We recently replaced our old radiant heating system with a forced-air heating and cooling system. AF did a fantastic job. Their quotes were consistent from the early planning to project completion, the workmanship was excellent and the system is working well. Our house was built in 1924 and required some tuning of the system to handle the exceptionally cold winter this year. AF was on top of any needed adjustments, making sure we understood the tweaks they made and why. The guys on-site were friendly and respectful, making sure to tidy up after their work. We'll definitely call them in the future if we need more work done.

Was pretty annoyed that all I wanted was a simple repair, and the guy offered me a choice between a $5000 update to our entire electrical system, or a $1000 upgrade. There were no safety issues involved, obviously, the guys are working on commission. I had to be pretty forceful to insist on only the basic repair, for which at $400, I'm pretty sure I was ripped off.

We appreciated Sam's information and suggestions for updating our furnace. He gave us several options of improving the condition of our furnace, but didn't pressure us to choose any particular one. When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

was very helpful and arrived early which was good. New unit to be installed within 5 days.

Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

Phil and Howie were great to work with. Very professional and identified the problem right away. Significantly less expensive than I was expecting. Their plumbing expertise was invaluable in identifying problems from frozen pipes over the winter. Will definitely call on St Paul Pipeworks for future plumbing needs.

We have been very happy with Majeski! We were new to the neighborhood, and the previous home owner highly recommended them. . It wasn't long after moving in that our boiler went out and we needed a replacement. They were fast, polite, explained everything clearly, and didn't leave a mess. We had to call them again last spring for a sump pump issue, and we had it taken care of within 48 hours. AWESOME!

DO NOT GET THE SERVICE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EVIL COMPANY.

Recently our water pipe was leaking in our new house, and I saw their company's tag attached to the water pipe, so I called and get a quote of 126 for fixing it. The repair guy stopped by the first time and notice he forgot his part, so nothing was fixed in the first time (NOT MY FAULT). And the the guy came back the next day and spent 15 minutes fixing the pipe, and then at the end, he told me the bill is amount of approximately 250 dollars (NO ACTUAL STATEMENT GAVE TO ME). I asked why there was a such big gap between the quote from yesterday and what was actually billed to me, he could not tell me why and kept referring the amount was given by his company.

I called the company directly for many times to ask for the ACTUAL STATEMENT and the breakdown details, they WOULD NOT GIVE IT TO ME. They kept calling me to ask my credit card information over the phone without giving me the actual details of the bill, so I refused to pay something so hideous, ridiculous, and unreasonable charges. And then they THREATEN me by saying sending the bill (WHICH I NEVER SEE SO FAR) to the collection.

I am not sure how many of you guys like me being treated unreasonably and threaten by this company. I will for sure have my lawyer talking to them for sending the bill that I never see and of the amount that I was not informed to the collection.
