Our service provider, Rob was fantastic. He was prompt, friendly and professional and performed the service that was needed on our sewer drain quickly and efficiently. The office worked to get us scheduled very quickly as well.

Have always done good work. They tune up my furnace and AC. Fixed something on my furnace today. They show up when they say they will, courteous, etc. I think twice they came same-day, on cold winter days when the heating went out. Thank you!

I appreciate the fact that the repair service on my air conditioner and hot water heater was addressed with same day service. Sadly I am unhappy with the two service calls I was charged. The hot water was just a wire to push in and relight it. Neither service was complicated and required replacing parts and the charge of $400. was very high.

Our experience with Ryan this past Sunday was fantastic. First, he answered the phone when I called at approximately 11:15 PM the night before to inquire about an AC repair once we realized that it had broken. Then, he arrived promptly at 11:00 AM the following morning (having given us an arrival time window of 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM) and began assessing the problem. He worked diligently until our AC was fixed, finishing up within approximately one hour. It has worked great ever since! While no-one wants to face the hassle or expense of an unexpected appliance repair I would absolutely recommend Krinkie's to anyone with Heating or AC needs. They've been great!

The work that was done was great, but the communication was subpar. I was told when the guy came out for the estimate that it would take no longer than 2 weeks to get everything in. It’s now been a month. The duct work was all done but for a week and a half later still no actual furnace or AC unit. I finally had to call them (three times actually before I finally got someone to give me information) to have them tell me that someone was suppose to call me a week prior to give me options on when I wanted them installed. Again the work was great, but the communication was terrible. They still have a bunch of equipment and tin sitting around our house and I’ve gotten no update as to when they will be fully done and have all their stuff out.

Nate was great at explaining how the K5 drinking water filtration system functioned. He worked with us as far as where the location of the tanks could go and showed us how to access everything. The way the system was installed allowed us to still have the storage underneath our sink for cleaning supplies and such. Nate was able to put the housing of the filters in our pantry and then connect it to the refrigerator. Nate was very kind and courteous, and made sure to clean up after he had to drill through the granite and drywall in order to access our refrigerator to tie the drinking system into the refrigerator. Can’t wait to have awesome water come through the fridge and ice machine!

Had a clog in our septic system line from house out this last Saturday. Majeski's were able to get a service man out in short order even though their snake man was out of town. They went the extra effort to send another employee out who just happened to be close by going through to RF. Nathan was his name and what a life saver. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything on my level after being told the night before by another national company that we would have to have our system pumped because it was full. NOT. It
had been pumped one year ago. It was grassy type trees roots causing the problem. Very grateful customer here.
