We had the main line back up with roots and needed immediate attention. The technician arrived in the timely manner (early). He was kind, respectful of our home and above all skilled at the work. He left no trace that he was here and was a gentleman. We had a good chat and he helped me to understand the issue we had and even went above and beyond giving me advice on how to maintain our plumbing system. I am grateful for Roto-Rooters ability to be here promptly in a pinch. I would recommend this business!

we got an appointment within an hour or so of my phone call to Rascher. Jason was on time and was pleasant and easy to work with. We had a new kitchen faucet put in. It works better now than it ever did. Jason explained in layman's terms why the faucet was working so poorly in the past. Jason did a Great job...Thanks Jason and Rascher.

Service Today replaced my furnace 2 years ago. My air conditioner went out and I called a technician out. (Different company) That technician told me, that the blower motor on my furnace went out and that’s what caused my AC to stop working. He said he could not fix it, because the furnace was under warranty through Service Today. I called Service Today out, for the second time in 2 years, and they tell me I have to pay $79 dollars for them coming out, and $284 dollars to test the furnace. They said the parts are under warranty, but not the diagnosis? I shouldn’t need a damn diagnosis at 2 years. I told them what was wrong, and you need to charge me $300 dollars to tell me, what another technician, just told me. I asked, and was told I was going to pay the fee for coming out, but the furnace is under warranty. DO NOT USE this company. They are scammers. I wish the heat didn’t go out in the winter and I had time to research a company. I’m telling everyone I know, to NEVER use this place.

I would highly recommend McQuillan Bros for your plumbing needs. I had a major sewer line repair requiring my yard to be dug up. Craig and his team did an awesome job. Craig was very reassuring thru the whole process. He made sure at the end of day one that I had a temporary fix for the night. By the end of day two the repairs were done. I will most definitely be using McQuillan Bros for any future home repairs.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. Was looking for a local company and so glad I found DNS. Needed a gas shut off valve installed and had no idea of the cost. Called and they were able to get me a quote very quickly and scheduled the next day. The cost was less then the google estimate! Will absolutely call them again with any further plumbing heating needs. 👍

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Greg is my go to plumber. Has installed new toilets, faucets and a water heater in my house. I have also had him to my house to clean my drain several times. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating as far as my schedule is concerned and arrived before or on our scheduled appointment time. He works fast and gets the job done very well. I recommend him to everyone.
