Jason was very respective of my home upon entering, provided answers to my questions, and friendly. The leak in my bathroom sink was quickly fixed. However, the leaking returned but Jason quickly followed up. I appreciate the great customer service.

Brandon of Master Plumbers came out to repair a leak for us. He gave us a call ahead of time to let us know that he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived he got right to work. He allowed us to peak over his shoulder and explained what was going on. He was very professional, worked quickly and kept his work space clean. Great service all around. Really fast and very helpful. I submitted an online request in the morning and my clogged sink was fixed and running better then ever that same day. Peter was great and walked through everything thing he was doing and gave tips for how to stop damage to other parts of our house. Great experience.

Bryan was there on time and very professional. Cleaned the A/C unit and suggested some possible upgrades. Did a good job and am looking forward to my furnace cleaning/tuneup in the fall.

I had a great experience using McQuillan Bros to fix a plumbing issue with my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Not only did they fit me into their schedule for a same day appt, but Aaron went above and beyond to answer my questions, outline options/pricing, and fix the sink/disposal in an efficient manner. He was professional and friendly, and I felt very comfortable about the approach we decided on.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

Worst experience ever. We hired him to install a tub and what he put us through was living hell. Takes short cuts everywhere he can with total disregard to property. Our expensive new tub and surrounds got scratched & chipped. So unprofessional and messy that he literally destroyed our carpet downstairs with concrete mix stained all over it. He dropped his tools onto our vanity and ceramic bathroom floor leaving a big chip on the edge of the vanity top and cracking the floor tile. Talks big like he knows it all but don't believe it for a minute. Shows up late and disappears for hours. We tried to be patient and give him respect but eventually we couldn't take his BS any longer and just told him it's over. Had enough of his games and watching him destroy our house. We paid him anyway just to get him out of our house and our lives. We had to hire a new plumber to come in and redo everything he messed up on. It's unbelievable to me that someone like him is still operating out there. This guy shouldn't be allowed to carry a license or do any kind of business. There's so much more I can say about our nightmare experience. I'll just say STAY AWAY from this scam artist. Don't fall for his fake & cheeky demeanor.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.
