Rusty was incredibly knowledgeable with an attention to detail that is hard to find nowadays. Gust Plumbing beat everyone else's price and Rusty gave outstanding customer service. We had Master Plumbing Services, LLC came and replaced a water heater in January. After some miscommunication with our home warranty service provider, we were able to get service the next day. Everything completely installed and finished in one day.

The guy didn't check his work, so I need to call another plumber to do the job. They are very expensive - $200 for a 10 min job, and he didn't even check to see if it was working. The owner and the plumber were rude and very impatient. They don't guarantee their work. Call someone else to get the job done right at an affordable price. Not sure how they stay in business since their focus is on commercial work.

My floor drain in the basement was clogged and the water float ball was broken. Their response time was phenomenal!! Brian was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. He was quick and very polite.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.
