After speaking with Shelly, she was able to instruct me over the phone how to inspect and fix both valves. In doing so she saved me the time and money, where other businesses did not. Roto Rooter was the only company I could get to come quickly for an outside pipe and spigot repair. The plumber was on time, professional, followed CDC guidelines, and helped me identify shut off valves for the future. The pricing was below what I expected. I will call them first from now on.

Prompt, professional service on a bathtub faucet and shower install that required moving copper pipes. Job was a new acrylic tub with shower walls.

They came out on the weekend to take care of a backed up sewer line. They kept me informed on when the technician would arrive. They performed the work in a professional and friendly manner. I plan to use them again for my plumbing needs in the future.
