Robert was so quick to answer and come out to our house to fix our garbage disposal issue. Wonderful, knowledgeable, kind and so generous. Thank you!

James was absolutely amazing!! Very Highly recommend! Right on time, extremely polite, and was able to fix my drain in 30 minutes while the previous company we had called could not. Definitely recommending him to all my friends. Thank you again!!

***Update: The plumber came back to resolve this issue. While I am not fond of the lack of responsiveness before from the admin side, the plumber was absolutely professional and extremely thorough today. Thank you for resolving this issue. ***

We are upgrading our kitchen, including the kitchen faucet. We experienced a delay between countertop installation to faucet installation. We remained flexible and rolled with it.

When the plumber arrived, he was professional and wore shoe covers.

He completed his work and we began the dishwasher and opened the faucet to verify. All was good.

That evening, we experienced extremely low pressure and low flow. We called and they returned the call with a potential fix, clean the screen of any debris. It increased flow and pressure, but not to the original setting.

Over the past few weeks, we have lost flow/pressure and ran the solution they gave us. Each time we have less and less flow/pressure. At this point, we don’t have enough to wash dishes or clean the sink. It takes about 3 minutes to fill a 12 cup coffee carafe.

The reason I am giving them 1 star is because they have not responded to any of my 3 calls after the first one. I have also contacted Hallmark Complete (contractor coordinator) and Home Depot (service seller), but they have not been able to get Byrd Plumbing to respond. Between the cost of the service, lack of timeliness, and lack of responsiveness, I am not recommending Byrd Plumbing.

Our first impression of the company was excellent due to the overall professionalism and patience that Jason showed while answering all our questions and concerns in regards to getting a new HVAC system. The installation crew was prompt, respectful and worked well as a team. We would welcome any of those young men into our home again without hesitation. The installation itself met and exceeded our expectations as to time involved and any disruption of our schedules. The clean up went very quickly and was very thorough. All equipment set up and maintenance was explained in detail before their departure. Three weeks later the Polar Vortex dipped into St. Louis and brought record breaking below freezing temps! We stayed toasty warm without the new system running constantly like our old one. We are looking forward to comparing this months bill with last years for the same billing cycle!!! Betty in the office was very understanding and prompt helping me with lost (OUR fault) paperwork. I will be recommending this company to any friends, co-workers, neighbors or family needing HVAC work.

They have lots of hard to find parts. But I think they employ ex convicts or something. There was a product that they had in stock but the guy behind the counter wouldn't sell to me, when I asked why, the guy actually threatened me. I'm afraid to go back there, but I might have to. If I had to buy something that cost more than $10 it would have to be a major emergency, otherwise I would order it online or find another place.

Andrew was on time and understood the job that needed to be done and also installed two toilets as well as two faucets in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend, Andrew as well as this company because they had flexible hours that accommodated my work schedule.

Wish I would have called Rooter Man sooner. Tried to repair myself( huge mistake on my part)...do yourselves a favor....call Rooter Man first!! Excellent service, VERY fair price....Rooter Man saved my day!

Matt is the best. Has saved me many times repairing pipe under concrete basements.

Nick just left. He was polite and did a good job. He cleaned up well. Prices was reasonable.

Installed water main shutoff lever. Replaced faucet piping which created this minor flood. Outstanding service by knowledgeable n kind plumber! Thanks Dave…Happy 2023
