Best Water Repairs in Saint Louis MO

Encountered a very rude and disrespectful employee from this company, which for a service organization that advertises its business on the side of its vehicles, is a counterproductive way to act if you expect the public to employ your services. Encouraging your employees to be courteous to the general public might prevent further alienation of your company's reputation. I don't know if you provide competent services or not, but I will never know thanks to the inappropriate conduct of your employee.

These gentlemen came out to our residence. They were professional, clean cut, friendly, and knew exactly what they were doing. Terrific service at a great price.They left my home cleaner than they found it. I highly recommend JT Dunn if you need heating or air-conditioning, or even a water heater installed. Great company!

What a life saver! They came out asap and fixed a smell I had in my house for over 3 years. I have had so many companies out that said they fixed it and it never was. I had dropped so much money into this problem it is embarrassing. Finally! Someone fixed the problem and no mystery smell. Could not be happier. Thank you so much. Oh- they even followed-up the next day to make sure it was still going well.

Professionals from start to finish. The plumbers were great

I called and the phone was answered by the owner who only said “hello” which was confusing as I called a business. When I inquired if this was CJ Plumbing she said “well yes and no”. I was immediately treated with zero respect or courtesy and as if I had disturbed them by calling. I was chastised for calling the number listed on their Google My Business page and not their office phone which is not listed.
