We have our kitchen drain cleared at least twice a year. Courtney understood the need to fix it thoroughly. He roto rooted it, flushing out the sludge, and checking it with a camera. The exterior pipe was cleared and flowing. Problem solved. Thanks Courtnet and Maplewood. Tom KILCULLEN

Called Python on a pipe burst issue in a multistory building on a cold and icy day. Matt and his crew responded quickly minimizing water damage. Returned the next day and repaired the pipe and had the facility fully operational before the tenants arrived. They are professional, informative, and quick. Even inspected other plumbing to insure nothing else was leaking.

Awesome guys. They helped us get the house ready, repaired, and great looking prior to our kid arriving - painting, drywall, plastering, electrical, floor tiling, the works! They did a fantastic and thorough job, and my only regret to giving them five stars is I worry they'll become even more handyman rockstars than they already are and be too busy when I need them again!

Don't waste your time with this company, they were on the list for the St.Louis County home improvement program, called the first time for an estimate, was told he needed to check with the office about the schedule, waited a whole week then I called again and was told I'd get a call back but never did. So two weeks wasted and I'll be sure to try to get them removed from the recommended contractor list

This company was outstanding to work with our new apartment buildings the work took several months to complete it was on time at a great price one thing that was really great were the ideas they had for our projects we will use them in the future thanks so much for a job well done

We had lousy service from Merlo plumbing. Not only did they NOT fix our water pressure problem, they fixed something that didn't need repair and did it shoddily. Despite months of requests to come back to do the work they should have done initially (with nearly $1000 spent on unnecessary, inferior work), they gave us rude attitude, then ignored us, never returning phone calls or emails.

We called Bieg. Not only did they agree to come out and look at it (when usually contractors don't want to work on someone else's mistake), Mr. Bieg HIMSELF was so concerned for what happened to us from Merlo, he came out personally to inspect it. He spent the time to investigate and troubleshoot. The NEXT DAY, he had his plumber come out. They fixed the original water pressure problem and at a reasonable plumbing fee.

A few weeks later, water was in our finished basement b/c the work Merlo mistakenly did initially (and poorly), was leaking badly. We called Bieg again. They came out right away and fixed that problem from Merlo's incompetent work. After Bieg worked on it, we've had ZERO issues.

Thanks to Bieg, our water pressure is better than ever and there is no leakage in our finished basement.

Spoke with Tom in the afternoon regarding a drain clog issue I had with two drains at my home. He arrived promptly at 8 am the next morning.
He was polite, professional, and had the work completed in short order.
What more can I say? I would recommend them to anyone.

Called to make appointment to unclog a drain and was told they don't do that and given a phone to a company in Union MO. Looked up both businesses on the BBB site, neither had glowing reviews. Seems a little sketch to me.

Friendly dispatch, on time service, polite and fixed the leak

This is one of the worst companies to do business with. This vendor was the only one listed for our home warranty work on a hot water heater but he couldn't be bothered to listen to any if his messages throughout the day. If he had listened to his messages, he would have had the name and number of the person waiting at the house for his call.
This call was initiated on Thursday before noon. The messages were left throughout the day on Friday. The vendor finally called the correct number after 8pm to inform us that the service order had already been reassigned (it really wasn't reassigned to anyone, he cancelled it), and when we contacted the warranty company again, they said this vendor wouldn't be able to look at it until next Friday. Ummm, that is in another week.
There is a baby in the house. We needed him to actually do his job and be a professional. With a baby in the house, waiting another week is completely unacceptable. This company is not worth the bother and we will use anyone but him.
