I’ve used Maplewood Plumbing for a number of jobs including a recent installation of a water heater. i’ve always been very pleased with the work they’ve done. The workers are courteous and informative. they arrived on time and completed the work within the expected time. The office staff was pleasant to work with and helpful in scheduling and eventually rescheduling the work. they even notified us when earlier time slots became available if we wanted to move the work forward. I used this company a year ago for a new build and wanted to wait on my review to make sure that I wasn’t being overly critical after I had a chance to deal with a different plumber and the other subcontractors. But it is confirmed that this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The owner is a bully, he’s unorganized and disrespectful. He will never take responsibility for his mistakes, even when there is proof that it was his fault. The first time he messed up it was “my fault” because we discussed the issue in person and I didn’t email him so he wasn’t responsible for remembering what we discussed. So I started communicating with him only through email and then his next mistake was also “my fault” because he had too many emails to remember what was discussed. So after he quit mid-job in an explosive phone rage I had to spend extra money to have someone fix the basement shower rough-in that was supposed to be a tub, and I’m left with a 15 ft PVC pipe in my front yard that has to be hauled up when we we need to clean out the backflow preventer because he couldn’t be bothered to install one correctly in the basement. Then more than 6 months after he left me in the lurch in the middle of a home build, his wife starts emailing me to tell me their old bookkeeper failed to charge me for some of the work and I needed to pay right now or they’re putting a lien on my house. Come to find out one of the permits hadn’t been finalized so I asked that they get the final inspection first. She said they wouldn’t do that unless I paid first. I asked why in the world would I pay you I full for a job that’s not completed? And she said “so you don’t get a lien on your property”. Basically holding the permit hostage to force me to pay for a job that wasn’t complete. I finally had to consult with my attorney and they got the permit passed. Terrible experience. And if you’re a homeowner, don’t bother asking them for a bid. The wife told me that they don’t care about any bad review I leave because all their work is for builders and big GC’s that they already have relationships with, not homeowners, so it doesn’t matter what I say. (Also have that in an email just FYI)

Collin was my technician. He is a very nice and capable young man. Collin was personable, and I see a good future for him in this business.

I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!

We've used Lemay plumbing a couple of times over the last few years, most recently for a water heater replacement. Every time we've used them, they've been extremely professional and kind and have been willing to work with us to handle our issues. With this recent issue, they even spent hours on the phone working with our home warranty people in order to get the work covered. I can't say I won't ever use a different plumbing company, but Lemay will always be the first people I call and will always recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

We had Brandon come out late July early August to clear a partial sewage blockage. Cleared it and was super respectful and really easy to work with. Unfortunately we had another blockage in November. Fortunately it was covered by the warranty. Brandon cane out again, on Thanksgiving. Was once again super respectful, easy to work with, and most importantly really efficient. Tree roots turned out to be the problem. I would 100% reccomend y'all just from our experience with Brandon. Especially since none of their competitors apparently work on mobile homes.

Not sure how their plumbing skills are since they never showed up. Scheduled an apt. for a tuesday morning, never came. Called them and they acted like I never made an apt. but said he could be there in the afternoon, again no show and no calls. Called them back and they said their busy til thursday... uh what? no thanks

I had a slow leak in my kitchen faucet that I finally decided to get checked out. Tyrel came out and determined that I probably just needed a new faucet. I made an appointment with him to come back out and install one about a week later and I haven't had an issue with the leak since. This was about a year ago, so enough time has passed for me to know that the issue was resolved. I have recommended him to my family and friends and would definitely use his services again in the future.

We received near-immediate service to provide relief on the situation and a prompt follow-up visit to thoroughly detail the repairs needed to restore the system to fully operational. This is where the magic happened - in a most expedient manner, the repair proposal was prepared, submitted, awarded, and brilliantly completed - good as new! The crew were careful during the repair work and treated my property as though it was their own.

I could not be more pleased and appreciative of the professionalism and communication of Mr. Cocos as well as the technical acumen of the plumbing technicians throughout the entire process.

He knew form the beginning what was wrong and was able to fix a major problem in just a little less than an hour. I was very impressed with the quality of his work and he was an outstanding steward for his company. Additionally, this company was available on short notice and was fair with respect to pricing when the 6 month warranty is factored in.
