Best Tank Water Heater in Saint Louis MO

I also had to use these people through our home warranty and they are horrible. They are not top notch at all. They came to fix our heater, replaced a part that immediately blew out while they were there, and then left. When I called to reschedule, they set an appointment from 3-6 during the workweek, and no one showed up!! Being an hourly employee and having to skip work and leave money on the table sucks. Especially when the company flakes. Never use again

Andrew was on time and understood the job that needed to be done and also installed two toilets as well as two faucets in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend, Andrew as well as this company because they had flexible hours that accommodated my work schedule.

I’m new to St. Louis and needed a plumber. I got their name from a friend and called Linek. They were super friendly, were able to show up the same day and Plumber did a great job. These are my new go to Plumber’s, I highly recommend them.

From start to finish this is a high quality company that will exceed your expectations! They installed 3 exterior natural gas lines for an outdoor kitchen (running the line under an existing patio) and two fire tables on a new deck. The timing on this was key as I had to coordinate the gas line work myself and not interrupt the schedule with the framing or electrical work. PPI met my scheduled date and even showed up the day before to walk through the project and insure they had all the right materials to get the job done during the tight window I had to work with. The plumbers were professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job! The quote was accurate with no extra costs, even though they had to make a special run to put an emergency shut-off valve in a perfect location on the deck. AND the job was 30% UNDER my other quotes! PPI is my plumber for life!

I was referred to Anytime Plumbing by a friend who also experienced great customer service from them. Icalled to inquire on prices of new water heater and was quoted pretty reasonable prices by the owner Steve. I told him I would have to wait a couple weeks to get the money. I called him today to let him know I was ready. He asked how soon would I need it. I said asap, he said can I come in 30 minutes? I was like wow, of course you can. He showed up in almost exactly 30 minutes with my new water heater. Took him about an hour, he gave me awesome conversation, and a Spire rebate for my new water heater. Awesome and speedy customer service! Please call this guy for any plumbing issues and they also remodel bathrooms. Thanks again Steve!

Very inefficient. Bad customer service. Extremely bad attitude!

I will definitely use USA Plumbing Plus again. I called for an estimate for installation of a water heater and was quoted a reasonable price. The technician was on time for the appointment and installed the water heater in no time. I also had a problem with my bathroom sink and he was able to clear it quickly for a small additional charge.

We came back home to a busted pipe over Christmas that collapsed our bathroom ceiling and water leaked to the basement. They came out RIGHT AWAY and made sure we knew who was coming by name. They assessed and addressed the situation and handled it seamlessly. They let me know what they were doing every step of the way and made sure to show me what repairs they did and what the cause of the problem. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again for all of our plumbing needs!

I called Merlo on 5/14 to see about fixing some issues with a new sink/vanity I had, and to install 3 shutoffs, Steve came to do the work, he was not in any hurry to get the job done, and it took him an hour and 20 minutes to get a $28 part from the supply house, with the travel time the part cost over $150. In addition to the long drive time, I overheard him on the phone at least 4 times talking to other people about jobs - while he was on the clock at my location. I called Merlo after the job was done to let them know I was not happy with the additional time I was billed for that he was not working, but I did not want any type of credit or refund.

Several days later my wife noticed that the drain was leaking in two places, I called the service department and talked to Mason, very nice guy. I had to call back several more times to get an appointment for them to come out and fix the leaks, on Thursday 5/24, Mason told me they would be out on Wednesday 5/30 at 3 for the repair.

I left work early so I would be home by 3, but at 4:55, when no one showed up or called I called Mason again.

After several attempts to get an explanation, or to talk to someone who could help me, Mason said to be honest with you, Steve(original plumber) said I was a con man and not to do business with me any more, I've never been called a con man before in my life.

I asked him if I was a con man, why, when I called in originally to voice my concerns, I did not ask for any type of refund, or stop payment on the check I wrote. And why was the plumber on other calls while at my house, and why the drain leaked

Mason told me to call back in the morning.

My bill was $624.50, I'm not asking for a refund, credit, or any other type of monetary compensation, I just want to get the leaks fixed.

Once the leaks are fixed I would not do business with a company who calls a paying customer is a con man, and would not recommend them to anyone else.

Won't be using them again. People there's better out there.
