Our garbage disposal was having issues and eventually stopped working altogether.When the repair man came to our house, he said it would be ~$250 to try and repair it or ~$750 to replace it with a like model. It was already $70 to just have him come out, so i opted to try and repair it. He did a bit of clean out and hit the reset button (which i didn't know existed before this). It took about 15 min. However, it was still not running well. He gave me a choice of either paying ~$250 for effectively pushing a button, or ~$750 for a replacement. I knew $750 was high for a new disposal, but i opted for it because i didn't want to be out $250 and still have to call someone else to replace the garbage disposal. The whole thing left me the feeling of being extorted out of more and more money.They didn't separate the cost of the disposal with the cost of the installation, however, i found the same model online for between $250 and $300 dollars, which means the installation was ~$400 dollars. The average installation price for a new disposal according to google is ~$150.I will say everyone i worked with was very kind and professional, from the people on the phone to the repair man. He even fixed a few minor problems with the pipes.It seems to be good workmanship, although i am not qualified to determine that. They said it has a 1 year warranty, so i'm hoping they will be good about repairs if needed.Update:I just got off the call with them. They were appreciative of the feedback (always a great sign). They agreed to send me a more detailed invoice with the price of the disposal and installation separate. They also agreed to return some of the price (without me prompting or even encouraging them to do so).

We hired Performance Plumbing to do a full remodel on both of our bathrooms. From the beginning to end of the project we had nothing but a great experience. Cheryl was amazing and patient helping us pick out materials. Rick and Kory....wow...that's sums it up. They set the expectations on timing every step of the way. Their work is meticulous. I was so worried about everything coming together, but we couldn't be happier with our bathrooms. I've already recommended them to many of my friends and neighbors !! I've hired Anytime Plumbing a couple of times -- once for a valve replacement, and more recently for a water heater installation. Steve and Drew are a couple of nice guys, very personable and professional, and their service charges are very reasonable. They will always be my first call whenever I have a plumbing problem!

I purchased a very expensive boiler (20k) last winter for them for our radiator heat.  They came to try to fix the old unit and said that our only option was a new one.  After some debate, we moved forward.  The installation itself was OK.  They left the basement door open for most of the time, and I had to ask them several times to close it because we were freezing.  I tried to ask them how it was going while they installed it, and they would barely respond.  Given the cost, I don't think this was unreasonable.  After the install, it stopped working completely after about 7 days.  I was pretty upset. They sent out a technician off hours who had no idea how to fix it. It turns out that the reason it stopped working was because the exhaust valve was installed incorrectly.  Apparently, it wasn't windy the day of the install, but there was more wind later on, so it needed to be installed differently.  Yikes. It works well now in terms of heating up the home.  I will say that the cost savings from this unit were not at all what they told us. The salesman made all sorts of claims about all the money we would save to run the unit.  All of that wasn't true.  It is cheaper to run our forced air units (although the radiator heat is much better; it heats evenly, there is no dust blowing around, etc.). We do love the radiator heat, but it isn't cheaper.  Maybe it is cheaper than a 50-year-old boiler, but he knew that wasn't our situation.  We weren't using the radiator heat at that time, which is why they were there in the first place.  All of this was really disappointing, but today, after switching back from Hoffman, I had someone out for a separate issue, and he was asking me about the unit.  Apparently, we could have gotten a similar unit and used it for our hot water as well.  He said it would have been another ~$1,000 (compared to getting a new $3000 water heater).  I remember the salesperson mentioning that as an option very briefly, and I expressed some interest.  I don't really know what happened in that particular part of the discussion after that, but at the very least I didn't understand the options, because it appears like it would have been a no-brainer based on what I am hearing today.  I have no idea what to believe on this particular issue, but it just added to my overall disappointment about the experience, which is why I am writing this review.

USA Plumbing has done great work for me and I have no problem calling them again. They were on time and professional.

Great service and in a timely fashion. My water heater went out a few days before Christmas and they were able to get one installed around my schedule as I was leaving town for the holidays. Also, they noticed a few other issues with pipes once they were in my basement and fixed those without upping the quoted price. Happy customer here!
