After having water lines replaced on my street, the water pressure to my kitchen sink was low and barely any water was coming out. John Bess with Linek Plumbing took action right away by determining what was causing the issue and had to eventually replace the kitchen faucet which they covered the parts and labor. John Bess was punctual, professional, and did an excellent job, especially since one of the parts didn't go as planned, but he recommended another option that worked. It was also a pleasure working with John Wienstroer, who helped coordinate the repair and parts. Not only was he very responsive in communicating, he was professional, thoroughly articulated everything that was going on, and even followed up to ensure the repair was done correctly.

We've had Maplewood Plumbing fix up a couple questionable plumbing issues with our house. First, they repaired a leaky water main valve, and then fixed an incorrectly installed sewer vent and kitchen sink drain. Every person they've sent to our house has been professional and taken the time to explain the work that needed done. They're more expensive than many private plumbers, but you get what you pay for with these guys, they have delivered nothing but premium level work. Can't recommend them enough.

Over charged my 90 yr old mother for a simple short fix (realigning a new toilet) and charged her for a protection plan without her knowledge.

Steve is an incredibly knowledgeable master plumber who goes well above and beyond to provide the best service to his customers. His quality of work is exemplary and he is a true professional. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Andrew was very professional and respectful to us. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. We also have a scrubber that needed a new UV light (needs to be replaced every 2 year). We had a humidifier that was very old. we are having it replaced. We also have an electronic filter that he cleaned. Last but not least we have an EVR system that new filters have to be ordered. He was here 2 hours and earned his pay. Most of this was not on his original work order. He did everything and explained why it needed to be done. There was no pressure. I hope to continue to have Andrew as our serviceman for our house. He should be a valued employee.

Matt and his crew had to go the extra mile to complete the job. It added many more hours to the job. It began to snow but the job was still unfinished. They stayed with it and got the job done. We like using Roto-Rooter for our periodic plumbing needs. They come when they say they will, give you a firm price before beginning work, complete it quickly (and neatly!) and make sure it's all taken care of before they leave. I'd much rather have a skilled plumber and someone I'm not nervous to have in my home, than to just go with the cheapest company and whatever sketchy guy they send. This particular time, Carl was friendly and helpful and very professional.

Plumbing masters installed a new water heater and softener. Exceptional work at a very reasonable price. Will certainly use again in the future!!!

I reached out to them for an estimate on some work and got absolutely no response. Maybe they're so busy they don't need any work, but ignoring people who contact you just isn't good business.

Update: Thank you to the owner of this business for reaching out: I sent a request through your website on a weekday evening. It was 2 weeks after that I posted this review, which I just happened to do on a Sunday.
