Best Shower Repair in Saint Louis MO

***Update: The plumber came back to resolve this issue. While I am not fond of the lack of responsiveness before from the admin side, the plumber was absolutely professional and extremely thorough today. Thank you for resolving this issue. ***

We are upgrading our kitchen, including the kitchen faucet. We experienced a delay between countertop installation to faucet installation. We remained flexible and rolled with it.

When the plumber arrived, he was professional and wore shoe covers.

He completed his work and we began the dishwasher and opened the faucet to verify. All was good.

That evening, we experienced extremely low pressure and low flow. We called and they returned the call with a potential fix, clean the screen of any debris. It increased flow and pressure, but not to the original setting.

Over the past few weeks, we have lost flow/pressure and ran the solution they gave us. Each time we have less and less flow/pressure. At this point, we don’t have enough to wash dishes or clean the sink. It takes about 3 minutes to fill a 12 cup coffee carafe.

The reason I am giving them 1 star is because they have not responded to any of my 3 calls after the first one. I have also contacted Hallmark Complete (contractor coordinator) and Home Depot (service seller), but they have not been able to get Byrd Plumbing to respond. Between the cost of the service, lack of timeliness, and lack of responsiveness, I am not recommending Byrd Plumbing.

Their timing, professionalism, and quality are the best I have seen working with a plumbing company. All-around excellent customer service!

We have used Maplewood Plumbing for several services in the past and they always did an excellent job. So, we contacted them about an issue with a floor drain backing up in our basement. They explained options, related pricing, and scheduled a service call for the next morning.The technician (Thaddeus) called before he left their office so I would know they were on the way and he arrived right on time. Thaddeus was extremely courteous and went right to work identifying the problem. He was very professional and had a lot of knowledge about how all the piping was inner connected. He took the time to explain what was going on, how to correct the problem, and placed a tarp on the floor to minimize the mess. Thaddeus cleared the appropriate piping and restored drain function.Once again, I am very pleased with the service received from Maplewood Plumbing and the high quality of their employees. I highly recommend them for any plumbing service.

Contacted them about replacing our hot water heater which had started leaking. Got an immediate reply , along with a very reasonable price quote for a replacement. We were in constant touch with each other at all times. Considering our problem, they fit us immediately into their schedule and made a special house call to replace our water heater.
