Was very satisfied with Maplewwod Plumbing $65 service call was waived when they did the work. Very good at communicating with me and showing up on time actually were able to get to me earlier than expected. They communicated well about when they were coming and what they were doing. The work was done for a rental property so I have not seen it yet, however I do have a one year warranty for parts and labor so I feel like they stand behind their work.

Service was provided within two days of reaching out for non-emergent water heater installation. I bought the water heater from Lowe’s so only paid labor and permitting, and they had the cheapest rate of companies I looked at. Work was done promptly and efficiently, with no snags related to either the plumbing or the billing.

Andrew was very professional and respectful to us. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace. We also have a scrubber that needed a new UV light (needs to be replaced every 2 year). We had a humidifier that was very old. we are having it replaced. We also have an electronic filter that he cleaned. Last but not least we have an EVR system that new filters have to be ordered. He was here 2 hours and earned his pay. Most of this was not on his original work order. He did everything and explained why it needed to be done. There was no pressure. I hope to continue to have Andrew as our serviceman for our house. He should be a valued employee.
