Our basement floor drain was backing up. David from Maplewood Plumbing came out, cleared the drain and took video of the cracked pipe, showing that the cracks were under public right of way section of the line. He was very polite, helpful, and quick. I was then contacted by Will, who gave me some information on how to contact the city to replace the broken pipes. Would definitely recommend.

Performance plumbing has performed work for us twice so far and each time they were both quick to in getting out to us and in completing the work.

I called them out the first time to fix a stoppage in our basement bathroom and on top of that they ended up replacing the shower fixtures and my upstairs bath drain without batting an eye at the request. The second time they rebuilt our main water shut off so that we don't have to keep turning our well off manually at the barn.

Our technician Teddy is awesome! He works quickly and the area is totally clean after he leaves. Teddy also answers any questions I have and has always been willing to help me talk through possible diy opportunities. We will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs going forward.

I called Steve on a Weds. evening and he was at my house the next morning right on time replacing our water heater. I highly recommend him for any plumbing problems you might have. He is extremely nice and a craftsmen at his trade. You will not be disappointed with the exceptional service he provides and his very reasonable pricing. I will be using him for all plumbing matters going forward.
