Best Sewer Lines in Saint Louis MO

I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

Gave them their own keys to enter the house for the time that they were working. I have used Performance Plumbing 3 times over the last 6 months and there service is the BEST! They have installed a new gas line for my cooktop, a recirculator for my water heater and now I'm moving waterlines and drains for an updated bathroom. The show up on time everytime and always call when they are on the way.

I was a new tenant in a duplex and found out Trio Plumbing were the ones who came out and put a new water heater in! The plumber Shawn did an amazing job and even came back out to answer questions I had because I don't know anything about water heaters! Would highly recommend them because they get you in quickly and do a great job!

I’ve used 5-6 times over the span of 9 months. Decent service but repeatedly cancels on the day of service. Will not service a job unless the landlord is on site during the work. Hard to use a company that doesn’t value the customers time along with their own.

Elmer was very professional and courteous. He had to leave and come back again, as the water had not been turned on yet, but the receptionist stayed in touch with me and the scheduled work was able to be completed. This is one of the few companies I found that will do de winterization.

He was straightforward about what we needed, and I didn't feel like I was being sold anything extra. We would use Roto-Rooter again, but we would especially request Nick!
