Best Sewer And Water Lines in Saint Louis MO

I had them come out for sewer issues. They said I would have a bid the next day. A week and a half later I had to find another company. They were to busy to even bid the job. Would definitely not recommend them

The estimate given was verbal with detail about cost if parts vs labor. The pricing was ridiculously high when you compute it on an hourly basis.
When I called to ask/comment about these things I could tell I was not being taken seriously and the staff person was almost laughing that I even was asking these questions.
I will NEVER use them again.

The plumber worked about about 2 hours running the router all the way to the street . Was conscientious enough not to work the router until he reaching the line going out of the house. This help prevent damage to old iron pipes. He told me the price choices in the beginning after he arrived. They ranged from basic $423 to the deluxe which was beyond what I needed. I have had the drain routed out before and it generally cost me around $200. I found $423 to be beyond what the normal routing companies charge. I gave them 3 stars because of the high charge

I've used these guys many times. Never an issue, pricing and repairs are honest. They don't upsell you to put in a new system, they repair what you have.

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.
They also told me about a substantial rebate that would help alleviate the unexpected cost of a new major appliance.

I’ve used 5-6 times over the span of 9 months. Decent service but repeatedly cancels on the day of service. Will not service a job unless the landlord is on site during the work. Hard to use a company that doesn’t value the customers time along with their own.

We've used Lemay plumbing a couple of times over the last few years, most recently for a water heater replacement. With this recent issue, they even spent hours on the phone working with our home warranty people in order to get the work covered. I can't say I won't ever use a different plumbing company, but Lemay will always be the first people I call and will always recommend them without hesitation to friends and family.

I believe your company took advantage of my situation to charge me twice for a job that should have been done on you first visit. I will be complaining to the Better Business Bureau about my experience within the month.
