Service was in a rental unit. Appears to have gone well but I felt the price was way too high for the task, given that I bought the replacement which was the same model and size. No re-working of plumbing was required. Simple, straightforward replacement.

Plumbing Masters is the best! I've used them for several years now. I never have to feel weird about having the guys in the house if I'm home alone (they are very professional) or worry about somebody trying to talk me into unnecessary work or charges. In fact, they have helped me save money several times. I use them for HVAC inspections/work as well, and once they even fixed my washer. :) Highly recommend.

My water heater went out and they had someone there first thing the next morning! He was friendly, fast, and explained what he had done and how the new one worked, as well as how much more efficient the system was and why.
They also told me about a substantial rebate that would help alleviate the unexpected cost of a new major appliance.

Hired them recently to complete the plumbing in my basement bathroom. They did a quality job and completed it on time. Because of thier great work I hired them again to do the plumbing in my master bathroom tub to shower conversion.

Mike and Sam were our reps from Roto Rooter today. they were on time, courteous, and competent. they followed our rather complicated toilet blockage until everything was again in working order. we have used Roto Rooter several times over the years. we have always been happy with their service and Mike and Sam did not disappoint--they were great.!

I can't say enough about the responsiveness and professionalism of this company. They got me in the same day and communicated with me the whole way. They are now my preferred vendor of choice and you should choose them too!

Called to scheduled an appointment for a broken sink at 7AM. Great, I thought, I can get this in before work. 7AM, no one shows. Called the office at 7:30, says they don't open until 8AM. Okay... maybe I heard the time wrong? Left a message. 8:15AM, still nothing. Called again, receptionist on phone confirmed my appointment for 7AM. She said she would try and figure out what was going on... but I needed to head out to work, I didn't have time to wait for them to figure it all out. (Plus it seems they didn't even get the message I left!)

Very disappointing overall.

Steve, with Hoffman Brothers, did an excellent job finding our mysterious leak coming from the kitchen sink cabinet that had dried up and installed a new faucet for us . He was knowledgable, professional, easy to communicate with and funny! Our best service technician yet!
