They were very thorough and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. They had to remove the woodwork next to the shower and cleaned it off before they reinstalled it. So they left it better than they found it! They cleaned up everything at the end of the day, which I appreciated and used a hepa filter to make sure there wasn't a bunch of dust in the bedroom. It took an extra day, but it was only because there were problems with the toilet and shower door. We were extremely pleased with the job!

Being a new homeowner and never having a gas water heater I was a little lost when the pilot light went out. My model is newer so I was confused. I thought I had followed the directions correctly (I hadn’t) I called anytime plumbing due to their great reviews. Steve was very quick to respond (also it was 7:00 am) he was very nice and accommodating. He sent drew out to help me. It took under an hour for him to get to my house. Couldn’t have been any sweeter. He got it lit for me and explained the process. Also had some great advice and tips for me to use in case I needed them. I will definitely be using them again if I have any problems or need a new water heater.

Main drain clogged up on us. I had two top companies at my house that could not get it free, Roto rooter and drain masters. Made the call to authority. They were at my residence within a hour and had the drain flowing the right way within a few short minutes! I know who i will use for my drain and plumbing needs! don't waste you're time with the other guys like i did...
